Thanks oh dear...i am at a loss..do you open yourself for fengshui consultation? I thought if they downgraded, they shld be doing badly and I should be removing the fountain? Heard they are doing quite ok per the agent. but i hv decide to just stop the indoor water fountain. probably to cover it up for decorative purposes. the outdoor one, since in balcony, does it still pose a threat? oh dear, for me not a must to have lottery or that type of luck. as long as career, family and health good is good enough for me....if i stop the indoor fountain, will it be sufficient?

If i move into the living room just facing the balcony window, it becomes about 330 instead. I think the magnetism in my house vary a lot 321 degree for the centre of the living room. 161 degree for the door reading (looking outwards). ie it will be 341 if looking inwards the same direction of the balcony.

Anyway, there's many possibilty to your bad luck 1) Bazi or Zi Wei Dou Shu luck cycle change 2) You could have picked a bad fengshui penthouse. 3) It could also have been yourself mismanage 4) it could also be the Fengshui master not good But of course, I am not ruling out the 4th choice. But from the way she tell u abt the luck up and down due to staircase, seems questionable.

usually agent will tell you to give them commission because buyer bring in by them. you got to know how to fend off such requests
