Anyone interested, can let me know. I will try to take a few pictures of my existing ceiling for reference but please bear with me as I am not familiar on how to add pictures here.

If it is a condo, then most of the stuff are provided already. Just need to add light, paint the shouse and move in the furnitures and you are done. If you co-ordinate the contractor yourself, need to submit to management office all the stuff and depend on how strict they are on letting people into the development.

Hi all I have lobang for false ceiling. In fact my current house renovated 3 years ago was done by her. Recently, I am moving to a new place and have gotten quote from a few ID as I thought, let one person co-ordinate rather than do the co-ordination ourselves, bu the price given by the ID are so expensive that I called her back to quote. The saving is more than $500 for Living, Dining and Master bedroom. If any one need her contact let me know and I will PM you.

Yup, this is our third meeting and we are discussing all about design, me the problem child as not sure what I want, Kevin's design so trendy that me mature woman here can't take. Seem like I am the lucky one. Kevin super responsive, like I get all my quotation within 2 days. Going to see drawing this Sunday. Mostly will be signing with them.

to those that use Tau, can check, if use mirror for Dinning room, Kelvin mentioned NO need wood backing. Is that safe as some other ID told me that must have wood backing. advise need here please.
