not sure the reason but renotalk administrator removed the photo posted out on the errant renovator sometime ago. even if you want to post a thread/pin note to let others be aware of errant renovators i don't think such will ever appear

they have their own in-house carpentry team. workmanship is good (painting guy was passable though I'm not a calculating person), intend to do some minor touch-up painting works myself after living for 1+years. Prompt response even after I've moved in, & call them when I do require their service. Design wise each house will vary. But they do beyond what is suggested to optimize the space and base on what you require.

Found out that HDB has initiated the suspension of U&B's license in early Jun due to adverse feedback received from affected homeowners. Justice somehow still prevail!!! Now on to SPF report.

I don't mind consolidating & make report to SPF, if anyone of you are ok in regards to the confidential info such as your house address, etc. I am planning to get it done soon within these 2 weeks in Jul, given that U&B's license has been suspended but I'll be checking with HDB who replied me on the licensing matter if he'll be able to divulge any reason for suspension, was it owner(s) or contractor initiated? Many companies with their own factory situated over there, hard to identify the company as not indicated by most nor do the uncles know which company is where saying need to go find out one by one.
