Hi Yes I think you are quite sharp about it. I noticed that the id firms were using some reverse psychology method of attacking each other. Anyway I will stay clear of those two particular 'war-ring' firms. It very scary.

mine is around 11 ft, cost me $1700

Anyway i finally got the company to teach me how to do it rather than them sending their staff by budget airline to come help me fix it....$200 per trip!

Hi Can I check with you guys, for your pole systems (different brands), how is their follow up and servicing like? Is there a 1-3 yr warranty or servicing if you required? My poles that is attached from ceiling to floor seems to be less secured after i hang up all my clothes. I am guessing that its probably due to the weight of the clothes. However I was told by the company that I need to pay $200 for them to come over to have a look at it.

Just now during the heavy downpour i realise my window sill was leaking. I do not see any holes in the aluminium frame and the leak seems to be from the edge of the concrete- frame. Anyone know how to resolve this?

They will surely ask you to go to their showroom (to save on transpory). But U can choose not to. I didnt do it, my ID met me at my convenience first. Later on, I visit showroom to see samples thats all.

Some mentioned above are overly expensive i believe. There are probably hundreds of id and contractors in the east.....haha.

yes tile the whole place. all rooms got new tiles. mine is ID.

my 4 room 104 sq metre. i spend around 30k 25k for hacking whole place, tile the whole place, do toilet, kitchen, living, wiring, extra partition, false ceiling. wiring and pole system cabinet (11ft) was around 5k.

id may bring you to their preferred shops for the above and depending on which is more convenient for you, you may or may not wish to buy from those shop. for convenience and coordination purpose, i got sanitary wares, kitchen stuff and downlights and air con thru my id. the rest i got them elsewhere cos it will be cheaper and i can coordinate myself.

Becareful of some recommendation because some are self advert. Those new members with little posts and majority of their posting is to reccomend on particular ID are always highly suspicious. Some register just to advert and disappear.

wise choice, because if its hassle free, its quite priceless. take note that you need to allocate monies for lights and toilet accessories which are not included in the quotes
