Thanks First appt at HDB we did not pay anything to the HDB office le.. seems like everyone's procedure is different I now hold on to issue the cashier's order to the lawyer cause dun know if they correct or not. If later wrong how ah... the cashier's order got to re-issue again than got charges le SIANZ sia. Strange le.. how you all reply few post 1 go ah?? I my post is always a new one le. Pinkpetter, ya what I mean is the headboard is in leather or PVC type... Oh not bad... We are looking for black bed frame and of coz headboard also black.. I notice that your sister and parents room their head board is a bit curved. Do they have the stright headboard.. meaning the one seen in the pics the curve part is stright one.. hope you know what I mean. With or without storage is fine with us. Another question is the whole bed sitted on the floor or they have legs? Any advise on buying bed with legs or w.o legs? My agent hor also not neg. also ma... 1% we got to give her... some more her works sucks cause she is more on the priviate property than the HDB sector. We will be going for our 1st Appt but the agent have not ask for her commission yet. I personally think I will give her the commission on the 2nd Appt only.
