    My house is a new 4-rm HDB flat (90 sqm). I am looking to install aircon for all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. Closed kitchen. Kindly advise whether a system 4 (1 compressor) or a system 3 + single unit (2 compressors) is better?     Yeah planning the design now and already starting to source for household items lol... we just confirmed our ID. Engaged back the same one who did our previous flat. Want check with you. Will HDB allow us to remove the iron wrought grille at the bottom section of our full height windows? Intending to remove it for aesthetic purpose but not sure if allowed. I see some hdb full height windows doesn't come with such grilles. Are the glass safety glass?

    Why do you need 4 heaters? I tot a 35l can oredi support a family of 4? We installed 1, forgot 25 or 35l, 2 toilets concurrent use no problem

    Agree it's really important to have after sales services. Attitude of the IDs n whether they r trustworthy in the products they give are important as well.

I heard Fujioh FX900 has high fume absorption rating but such ratings are not used by other brands from what I searched. Are Chimney hood with higher suction power faring as good, or better than this model? Thanks.

    Wow...nice house... We are also looking at this Rinnai Hood model...The design is very nice! So far how's the suction power and the oil absorption capabilities? We are contemplating this Chimney model against Fujioh FX900 which received many positive reviews for it's oil absorption.

    Is looking forward to meeting up one of the ids there and hope to see more reviews on them too. to be fair to the ids, we should clearly state our requirements and budget to them before they quote do that they also know what we home owners really want. Only then the design and layout will be realistic and close to our expectations.

    Still deciding which Id firm to sign with so I wouldn't mentioned who we spoke to and when. Generally we found that their carpentry works are average and not so good. Have not seen their tiles work before. The id we spoke to did not give us the confidence that we can place our House with them. However we are still open and still looking around. Anybody done with them before? How's their quality of carpentry and tiles work?
