my qoutation for 16 items after discount was $3320.....i called the shop supervisor to round to 3k.....hopeless scolded me for being too hard on ex convicts.... the manager agreed round up to 3k...

found almost 10 cheapo "rubber"s in the storeroom...found durex brand in son's room (ns boy).....C@#K cream on wash basin......need to take broom to sweep those stuff away...hai... think they din care where they throw their private stuff..... anyway...gotta go send polly to airport to work le... its been very tiring this week....

today...another dramatic event.... my seller's agent went his house to press for agent fees.....he refuse to give....then agent threaten to make police report about previous death threats and ask company lawyer to go after seller....then seller LL pay up... then seller called me...saying he lost 20+ k worth of jewellery...he discovered the lost on 21jun during house moving. (hdb completion on 23jun)... so he suspected tat my contractor who came to take measurements on 25Apr stole his stuff...becos the contractors were left unattended for 5 min he said he had kept the jewellery in a glass display cabinet in his room, which is visible to all visitors......but he noticed the lost only recently.... i picked him up and drove his whole family to geylang police station...... policewoman din seem to believe that my contractor did it.... he talk and talk....until it became a 3 hr long statement...... then ended up suspecting his movers were the ones who took the jewellery..... i have so many doubts with this seller......

aiyah...we would love to attend, but hopeless would be in london tat day ar..... next week in zurich....next time you can ask her to buy agnus B bags for you...ha we been wanting to see yr house... anyway...we just met mr yeak...he came to the house to take measurements lor... he gave very good suggestions...quotation is reasonable...

yr seller clear out everything?? i just clear out many bags of rubbish.... still got 1 fish tank and ...1 mahjong table....hundreds of cassette tapes....rags....bamboo poles....afew brooms...mops.... more than 30 pots of plants....and racks....tmr...i continue clearing....

in one room....they left behind alot of stuff....so me and polly sat down and clear stuff for them... about 5 black trash back of stuff...cleared....i think need another 5 more trash bags to clear the rest... worse things is..saw many things that we not suppose to see...left behind by seller...

Thank you guys^^ .. good point chronograph.. but we checked wif the HDB officer.. if they dun hand over the house to us tomolo.. we can defer this appt till 7july.. renovation gonna be abit tight and rushin.. Hmmm. keeping my fingers and toes crossed^^ lol ..

if my seller doesn't turn up...my seller's seller will sue him......this is what i heard from the my seller's agent.

my personally opinion is tat...they can't move out in time....cos they dilly dally...and they only wanted to move little by little a day... he's a grass root leader...i guess too many people give him face all these while. he said he's RC's head...dunno true or not.. when they threatened me with violence...i could sense that they were stressed and hot tempered... just called agent to remind the seller that its their duty to invite the buyer for an inspection...what should i take note during the inspection?

if deal fall thru...i also have to start looking for another house....i spent 6 months looking for the place....plus 3 months for contractor and furniture...hai

i believe his agent would have warned him that he would have to handover the keys and take over keys on same date for contra... i rem...at the 1st appointment...the HBD office also told him that he had to give me the keys on the 2nd appoinment

charging rental is a grey area....legally we can't charge rental till we occupy the place for more than 3 yrs how to kick him out if he sits on the floor and refuse to move leh?

his agent wants to reserve the right to report to police...ha. i gave them due respect cos they are old folks...but they are very unreasonable. legal actions will be costly... HDB will not want to get involve... is reporting police the best way? ...polly is angry bout the incident also...i think she won't give the sellers any face. luckily she went to japan that night...i would expect her to retaliate if she met the sellers

last night went to his place...he threatened to kill me and his agent....his wife wants to beat me up....ha..they said their agent did not warn them about contra handing over and taking over......they bang table at us and shouted at us......i really dunno how to handle them... husband and wife are 50+....plus a 80yr old granny and 20 yr old ns boy son... if i call police to evict them, would the police give them like 24hrs to move out? what if they still do not want to move out? should i call police everyday?

i scared they will delay mr yeak's time slot....

Hi, Has anybody been played out by seller on the hand over date before? my 2nd appointment is scheduled on 23jun. on 18 jun seller asked for 1 more month for them to move out. What are the legal actions that I can do? What actions will HDB take? my seller is doing contra....his seller handed over to 1 week ahead. but my seller wants 1 more month from me. My contractor's schedule has been booked. my leave has been applied.....pls help
