Last Sunday(09/01/2011) i have just bought the ready made curtain from the shop call H.M Curtain (Below are the location of the outlets), they do have custom tailor made to suit individual preference. Twice; i have bought from them on their ready made curtain for my 4Rm Flat, as i personal feel that the material they use still able to meet my standard. (Subject to individual preference) Living Room: 2sets of 70% blackout day and night curtains (two layers) - both sets Full Length, Study Room: 1set of 70% day blackout Half Length (one layer), Master Room: 1set of 100% day blackout Full Length (one layer), Common Room: Rental Out - KIV . The saleperson is kind enough to quote that all these pricing are before discount, after discount pricing i further ask for abit more "reduction" amount. As a budgeted consumer like me , i tend to ask for more discountssss.... , finally we agree on the pricing - $430. Bro & Sis, do take note of the curtain length. For me, i still need to send for tailor to sew the excess curtain length. As usual, i ask for reduction amount and finally agree on $60 for 6sets of curtains...... For the detail calculation, i will not touch on that so it would be $82 per set of curtain including sewing the excess length. To me overall money well spent..... hi there, i bought my panasonic aircon from gain city last sep 09, so far i have not encounter this problem cos i feel tat their workmanship is very good. I'm surprised as dankoo quoted they are known for their workmanship......

Let said i had a BAD Temper for "EXAMPLE", just CANT tolerant nagging..... What are the available tactical method to deploy if you can think of??? kindly share some view on above example or maybe ..... For me, sad to said my volcano erupt already...............

Greeting Everyone, just to share my point of view, will you able to tolerant your in law nagging? i know my in law nagging have the goodwill / good intention for me, but is it necessary 4 out 5 dinner time she start to nag n nag ? usually before she start nagging, she will ask how's your day @ work? how's my (In Law) cooking today? etc....... than the nagging starts.............. BTW me n my wife had been ROM for almost 2yrs (including staying n renovate period @ our resale 4Rm Flat), the nagging topic are "When you both having babies huh? When you both have the customary wedding huh? etc......" finally my volcano erupt during dinner time, i quoted "stop your nagging, OK!!" then i walk away.... i know im disrespect to her but i just cant tolerant her nagging...... so bro & sis, kindly "shoot" / correct me if im worng, also kindly share some view if you all have the similiar scenario.

Hello there, I have been using this model for about 1.5yrs, very efficiency when inhale the smoke. For my gas hood i also bought the fuijoh, very comfortable with it.

Correct me if i'm worng "Stryke", the facts is the majority including me cannot tolerant this kind of "act". Be it water dripping from colorfast fabrics etc, or water from dirty mops etc. Try to imagine that on n off your dry laundry get wet by upper neighbour, after some time later i doubt you able to said its still "ok" just clean water dripping on my dry clothes. No offernce just my personal view.......... But again i would be content to live in a same estate as "Chronograph", if i able to "choose"...........

You also can try the Genova Ind. @ 58 Bendemeer road. I bought couple of things for like 2 set of toilet accessories (including basins, taps, PVC piping, etc), and a set of a Fujioh HOB n HOOD. My wife help to get individual items for discount, but i more daring ask more discount for the total pricing. I remember once i made a mistake for the mounting holes for the WC toilet, after 2 weeks later my contractor told my wife that we bought worng measurment for our toilets seats. Lucky for us we did up front tell the sale in charge that is it possible to have a replacement due to my incorrect of measurment. The sale said call him n he will see what he can do within his limits. So we call him to request for a replacement to a suitable measurment, but he said have to wait for about a week for the replacement to arrive due to limited stock. Overall their service OK.......... so far i bought the product from them a year ago, stilll going strong........

Hello Cleong, what i would do is continue to hang my laundry in the common corridor, dispite begin "advise" by HDB. (Hack Care the advise!!!!!) (On the same day of the incident i encounter, i immediate went to the hardware shop bought a pair of clothes hanger stand and place at my common corridor.) On n off keep a look out of the kitchen window to see upstair which owner hang out their wet laundry, if your above 4 families does hang out wet laundry feedback to your BRANCH HDB OFFICER. Persistent in what you have done, if an appropriate solution is not implemented by your branch hdb officer, go see your nearest MP or GRC member ask them to expediate this concern of yours. HASH wording to the branch HDB officer like eg" if this issue doesn't have a appropriate solution, the media, newpaper will help me to expediate my concern." Lastly i hope your above families will get hash warning form your branch hdb officer. May the force be with you............

Greeting Bro & Sis: I not sure here is the correct page for me to "Release" my anger. On 31 January 2010, I have a dispute with my directly upper floor owner. The issue is that my upper floor owner hangs their wet laundry out of their kitchen window and water dripped down on my dry clothes. I politely inform the owner about this matter, but the owner quote said “if your clothes are dry, why can’t you(Me) keep the clothes. Why my just wash laundry can’t hang out of the kitchen window?” I still continue to tell the owner nicely that this is not a appropriate way to do it. The owner even ask daring to ask me "Which floor you live, huh". Within minutes the owner still continues to hang more wet laundry out of their kitchen window. I was very shock, very FURIOUS , very disappointed to hear and see such uncivilized owner despite our government educate Singaporean to be more graciously towards our neighbours. As i can't tolerant this kind of uncivilize manner, i went back to my own unit and immediate call in the police to "show" the owner whose the boss here . After the police officer interview the "uncivilized owner", the police came back to inform me that the owner washer machine just happen to "spoilted", and advise me to to more tolerant with my upper neighbour. I said if the owner have some common sense to knew that wet laundary shouldn't hang out of the kitchen window, why they still persistent in carry out such an uncivilized act. You (police officer) & i have better things to do then attend to such a case. I also email n call the HDB Branch office to feedback on this matter on the next following day, I SWEAR on my grave that i will see to it that such an "uncivilized owner" should be given a hash warning by the HDB Officer................. To Those Who Had The Same Incident As ME, Let's CONDEMN THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
