Total 6 weeks actually, started on the 2nd July, ending on the 7 August and moving on National Day! No choice, wanted to avoid moving during the 7th month. So told my ID must have no delays. Finally bought my bar stool from furniture mall, La Cafa at beach road, cheapest and most decent looking ....$100 per pc, total $400. Also bought today the Osim U Pure 100 @ $155 but seems like cant fit onto my existing faucet! Hope can use for my new place one though!

My sis actually sold her unit via a agent, and managed to nego that she does not have to pay any agent fee for selling, the agent will only collect the comm from the buyer. However, a mutual agreement is that she must buy another property thru that agent, and pay comm for the buying side.

Haha, I guess your ID maybe sulking slightly cos they sure earn a bit of comm from the sales of toiletries and lightings. For me, I went along with my ID so that he will liaise the delivery etc and any problem with the WC etc I will go after my ID too. But then again, I make sure prices are not too far off. Earlier today went up to have a look. The guys are doing the false ceiling. Can see the metal structure. Also, can see the store room structure is up too! I also noted that the toilet WC and shower and basin are all up. Will post pics soon. But tried the WC, am very disappointed with the flushing power. Cos I rem telling the shop guy that I wanted a WC with powerful flushing, but tried it, was not what I thought! In addition, noticed that the rain shower that I have chosen seems to extend very close to the edge of the shower screen.....hope when the shower screen is up, the water from the shower will not splash out! Going to highlight to my ID......

Yesterday when up to the place to have a look, toilet windows (top hung) are up, electrical works in progress. Aircon man is also doing up the aircon. Quite happy with the progress so far...
