u not scared dat a sizeable chunk of ur quotation go towards payin for their advertisements rather than giving you proper value for money ah? personally, i'm more wary of compaines that advertise heavily - the $ must come from somewhere / someone.

i was just doing a check on this... DEFONG INTERIOR DESIGN is the name stated in its website. but DEFONG INTERIOR DESIGN is NOT hdb-registered. however, there is a "DEFONG TRADING" that is hdb-registered. BOTH defong interior design + defong trading are NOT RADAC-registered. but they share the same address; hence i conclude that they are by the same guy/owner. and when dealing with this co, i'd have to ensure that any quotations/receipts, etc. must be in the name of DEFONG TRADING. out of curiousity, why would the owner set up a website with url that says defonginterior... and a business under defong trading (that is hdb-registered)?

went to view our new place at sembawang last month, and there was a young guy (well, he looked young compared to all the other ah peks who were also looking for business!) from Rangers looking for business. would appreciate any feedback/comments on this Rangers Co - anyone? thx!
