  2. hi adjacent neighbour ... i'm a chongpangers too.. me at Blk 137... unit still doing renovation. Hope to move in by National Day... thank you for sharing many hot tips such as the after-reno, after shifting-in probs... can you please tell me how to get that white bedroom door? my contractor asked me to paint the door ourselves but we cant find any white colour paint for door from the paint catalogue. TIA! TeeNoyL
  3. stayed on 2nd floor before.. ants? no prob, the black pepper helps... BUT there was an incident whereby one of the units on the higher floor (duh!) did reno and the irresponsible contractor had things thrown into the pipes... the pipes choke and our whole unit flooded!!!! its a sunday nite, frantically called town council, they came hours later to open the pipe from first floor and out came cloth and debris.. worst still, the pipe downstairs is directly below our kitchen window.. our flat stinks, outside our flat also stinks! we shifting to 7th floor soon..

  8. hi forummers this is my "virgin" post so please bear with me **** will be getting my keys end june09 and had arranged for our inspection yesterday... our excitement turned to horror when we realised that concrete spalling occured in the whole flat, kitchen, living room, dining room, all the bedrooms and even the store room is not spared either!! i am lost.. what must i do? p/s: i do have some pictures taken of the ceiling but have yet to figure out how to insert image
