  1. Maybe the lightings and your hp camera is playing tricks on my eyes hahaha My bomb shelter laminate.. I also want a dressing table! But no space to put! But i got the whole vanity top to put my things la... just need a stool there hmmm...
  2. wooo... Your TV laminate looks like my bomb shelter laminate leh! Your MBR wardrobe is sad.. i thought mine was sad enough! Hmmmmm you can hang yours in your extra room?
  3. I used to stay in St 92 till 2004... its was so difficult to sell the house then... we sold for like 3-4 mths? 5 room flat is only 230-240k... its a super good buy. Think the price holds till now.. that area is totally unaffected by property market -_____-. But somehow when we bought the place, the valuation was 300+? Now dripped drastically. But i din buy back that area cos.. i was so sick of taking that slow feeder bus to MRT. Pioneer Mrt isn't really walkable to st 92 also... hmmm If you want to buy st 92 93.. i am sure ppl want to sell!!!!!!!! go paste notices!
  4. I find that GSS or not, there is always sales.. and the price b4 and during GSS are almost the same? No drastic slash in prices.. unless it just happens that there is a need to clear old or obsolete models.
  5. I am Using Panasonic Inverter fridge... the 464 model.. 3 ticks. But only used for 1 month.. so far of cos good.. not very noisy.. Reason that i bought: Limited fridge space by existing cabinets layout --- this is the BIGGEST model that can fit in! I like its slim design and the compartments inside. No space wasted! Very compact! Best thing is got inverter technology, since we are using it 24/7....
  6. This is inside the kitchen toilet?? Hmmm the basin was original inside or outside the flat ar?? Maybe u should have gotten those save water kind.. the basin is on top of the toilet bowl.. Recycle water + save space!
  7. I realised... those older flat the water pressure usually lower and small... Newer less than 10 yrs old flat, the water pressure is better. Maybe is the government's water storage tank problem? That's what my dad says... or maybe u never turn on the water supply fully? lol..
  8. The piping kinda spoiler leh... hmm cannot hide ar?? Mosaic + pipe... abit messy.... =x
  9. LOL! Guess you should trust your designer taste from now! =P
  10. I am staying at 2nd floor. We chose this unit because its those left over flats from WIS and its only 5 min walk from MRT! So for the convenience we settled at 2nd floor. We had good unblocked view of the lovely "pine trees?" in front of our living room bay windows. We get quite good wind as our direction facing is good. Insects problem.. well.. we have BIG ants crawling in, and mossies flying in at night. But we put ant poison and mossie net over our window and that solved our problem. Overall.. it feels pretty much the same on whichever level, as i seldom look out of the window.. lol
  11. Hi All I am thinking of installing a ceiling fan with lights for my new flat. Wondering if there is an option not to lay the wires across the ceiling for the fan switch? Cos for my parent's flat, its the new kinda hdb where the wires for the lights are "concealed" but the contractor still have to pull another line of cables for the fan switch separately. Is there any particular model of fan they we do not have to lay another cable for the fan switch? Or no need to pull another cable at all? Can just use the hdb original light cables?? I hate the sight of the nice smooth ceiling with a line of wirebox running across.. not doing anymore renovations.. so how ar? Thanks!
