hi! yes i confirm taking the system 4 offer.. but i have some hiccups... before i confirm the ssytem 4, i want them to come down my house to survey where to place the aircon n how to run the piping..cus i have built in furniture and i dun want to have any conflict. as usual, the told me i can place the compressor at the air con ledge and run to toilet, then into my rooms n etc... but when the actual day installation comes, the installer told me off. say it is IMPOSSIBLE to run that way. the piping is too long and will cause water condensation in the long run esepcially i am using system 4. ask me to pay $150 for the bracket to have the compressor install at the master room.. was quite angry because in order to have the piping conceal, i already paid my contractor to do false ceilings in my 2 toilets... now then he tell me actually cannot run piping in that manner... so u better make sure u confirm the wiring path, if additional cost may arise, try to bargain for it to be FOC... afterall the sys 4 is almost 4k... btw, salesman told me, sys 4 inverter made in japan

first of all, uncle quote u conceal wiring anot? also, u have to work out where u wanna fix your points.. also the air con pipping and the electric point for air con..... i had a very hard time to co-ordinate the aircon piping and the electric point ...cus last min the air con pple tell me cannot run the aircon pipe from my service balcony (too long) better to talk to uncle... u tell the tiler is no use de....

if u are looking for one contractor that give u no headahce, can pm me.. my brother in law renovated his house with a very tight schedule, think only give him like 20days. he did it, no MIA, no aeroplanes.. his carpentry is so far very cheap as compare to ID.. (also quite well known in this forum) but his price still slightly higher than ah soon, especially electrical part... n the uncle quoting sometimes alittle 'high handed'... must talk to him with full of respect de...

best is u draw on your floor plan, give to uncle. u doing ceiling works like Lbox or false ceilings? u must consider the wiring too.. i overlooked on one area of the lbox, the wiring become seen...!! uncle say meeting me 1pm today... sixth sense telling me not good... haha... anyway my reno into 60% done.. urs is just starting.. so make it right from the beginning so that everything will be fine later on...

hi fini be careful on the electrical... cus uncle start all the tiling work in my toilet liao then when the wiring comes, the lighting point at the vanity area becomes un-concealed due to the wall tiles already laid. uncle say will think of a way to do it... actually should have do the wiring before laying the wall tiles... so be very very careful, better plan all the wiring points and tell uncle u want it CONCEALED... repeat it many times to drill into his brains...

i think he forget about you already! well if u really on tight schedule, then better dun engage ah soon liao.... unless one made him sign an agreement to finish job by xxx date if not got to pay a fine... oops do i sound bad?... cus on one incident, he told us he cannot be late for one particular appt, cus if he is late he will be fine... that's when he becomes 'responsible'... but then again, still go for something more reliable for your case..

sorry for the wrong tv price, price $2999 should be for series 6, 40 inch tv... the tv 46 inch does it look big? was afraid of tv 'overwhelming' if put too big cus my living not too big... btw ur toilet accessories, heritage the shop isit in the east side?

hi challenger, i am doing it for my current house (refer to my blog) if u staying in HDB, the requirement is to use hollow block. it would cost roughly $600-$1500.. but it will depends on how many things u r doing.. cus if u r only doing that item only, price may be higher... i did mine around $1k with 2 new door frames.. but i also did alot of other things with my contractor - almost a whole house revamp...

yo forkie ur series is LED? how much u bought it... why courts must charge u extra? got such thing one meh? yeah the sofa colour is very nice.. my all time favorite color!

hi poh led is suppose to be not easy to breakdown.. but u r right, not too many shops want to sell them.. 30+ per bulb is indeed quite high cost.. the cheapest i find also cost $23... my brother in law who is electrician, already did the led for his office.. very nice and save alot on electricity.. if compare downlight and LED, especially if u have Lbox or false ceilings, the savings can be quite alot! i am dropping by to china to buy the bulbs from the wholesale centre..!! hope it turns out good! bulb will then cost less than S$10!
