my granite top! in my quote, ah soon quoted me $1500 for my granite top -WHICH I ALREADY PAID HIM. he then told me he do not have $$ to do for me..ask me pay ADDITIONAL for the material $600 and he will get labour n etc... since it is a cheaper alternative for me, i paid $600.. this is the start of my nightmare.. ah soon have no worker to carry the granite to my house.. end up, it was my kind carpenter ah ho who offered to help me carry that 2 slabs of granite that is almost like 100kg per slab up to my house... *SWEAT* spend two days to cut the granite in my house... dust n noise all u can think of. RESULTS?? -ugly sides (no polished and it is rough surface) -measurement not taken properly that resulted the granite depth to be too deep -HOB somehow cannot fit into the hole opening.... -CRACKS at the joint lines --used THICK powder to touch up the CRACKS *will update photos later* he gave me china black galaxy but charged me india black galaxy price...!! I paid $1500 (in the quote) + $600 (to buy material) and now $1500 to redo everything. MY TOP COST ME $3600!!!!!!!!!!!!! hi jason thanks for dropping by my house even tou it was already so late n u didn't even have your dinner (feel very bad about it!!) ah tan worker came on sunday but the work was not completed...so i am not sure if he is able to come back another time to fix remaining 5-8socket points .. i left with, -the patch up ceiling work.) & 2 box up area... (original ceiling work also done by your worker, 'bo-gey' last time. -painting ..areas to paint is smaller due to my carpentry work -plumbing..(fix 2 WC, 2 rainshower, 3 basins, 2 bidet spray, 1 storage heater) once i am done with all these, i FINALLY can move in! (after 6months of chasing...) hope u can help me out and i will be very grateful to u! if i need to pay, i will.. i will understand this... 6months, never a night i can sleep well... agony, worries n fear was my best friend for the past 6 months... ;( life was upside down on an emotional roller coaster... i am so glad u answer to me and try your best to help!

hi dsman n red_devil jason had called yesterday!! he said he will speak to ah tan the electrician and will give me a reply... i told jason that i personally out of my own pocket already paid ah tan a sum of $600 on his second trip to my house and during then, he promise he will come back to do the remaining finishing work...the remaining work is to fix the power sockets on tv console, toilet vanity, kitchen cabinet & cove lighting only... till date my electric works i paid including ah soon & extras to ah tan already amounting to $3500 (somemore no rewiring, only add extra 35 ligting points to lbox)... jason did told me ah tan is overloaded with his own work n that's y mine he wasn't able to do... but i really hope ah tan keep to his promise and help me out..... i also told jason i will pay money if needed... so sorry to jason supporters once again for 'hijacking' this thread.. cus i really needed this jason's electrician to come back and fix for me... i feel very bad to interrupt like this... i am so sorry for the trouble u taken to relay the msg to jason & i am really very thankful for all your help.. PS: i hope jason is not angry wif me wanting him to help me where he is already so busy....
