LADY LUCK is not with me since day 1 when i started reno... imagine my tiling works, 7-8 different people doing different areas at different time...so my requirement i keep on repeat n repeat n repeat .. the workers also very black face i also duno y... alot of sacarstic remarks from them whenever we point out some defects... yeah now my toilet tiles is not yet completed and they are peeing onto the cement.. i really hope after they lay the tiles, the smell will be gone... ? just feel very very lousy.. 5 weeks already the tiling work still not finished.... uncle promised 8 Sept HO initially... but now delayed!! I am suffering as all my furniture n stuff are stored in warehouse, my mum's relative from overseas actually arranged to stay in my mum's house (did told him in the begining), because of his delay, i got to pay for their hotel stay... i told uncle already... he promised he will fast fast fast.. how fast i really duno :( ... imagine 8 Sept handover - now tiles 80% completed only, electrical wiring completing soon, still got plastering, painting, piping, carpentry....

u can do mirror on the ceiling: 1) go to factory and find shops selling acrylic (plastic), got one kind of acrylic is mirror surface one.. u can use this as a replacement of glass.. its actually plastic so no worries on breaking ... if u need contact, let me know.. u can ask the factory to fabricate the size u want, then ask ur contractor to put it on... 2) opt for laminates that is a mirror finish-- -- this idea contributed by uncle soon... haha... dun under-estimate uncle wor... if u go to ion orchard toilet, u will see they put on the mirros on the ceiling with downlights. nice!

hi zapped! the tiles are from hafary surface at 15 Defu Ave 1. basically this hafary is the same one as the one at balestier, but i can't recall balestier have the same tiles as defu... best u go defu as they do a mock up display there.. i just love it the moment i see the bling bling! they got black colour which is out of stock and was told their stock is coming soon.. go check out the maroon ones in case going to be out of stock again...! n the tiles with floral design is actually $7.80psf - sorry for the wrong price earlier... ..

hi precious, thanks for sharing...!! so co-incidence...! i was so worried my son can't talk that i went to see the specialist at KK... they only did some simple test like showing him a book and ask him to describe what he sees in the book... he can't talk so how can he describe right? they insisted my son should be spend to EPIC schools... so now i am abit relieve he is starting to pick up a little... the school teacher tells me my boy like a big baby, must 'hong' him then he willing to sit down n do colouring lor... haiz.. now i understand the difficult path they went tru when raising us....

when is ur big day.. must be very stressed? jus a small tip- u started drinking bird nest? buy those brands type ready made ones, if can, drink everyday, if not, once a week until ur big day. reason: to protect and brighten up your facial and prevent heatiness coming up..heatiness usually comes when u are stress up or many things rushing to do.... it works for me... afterall.. we want to look BEST in the big day

hi ivy mine is a chicken n pig! my pig is apr 2007 -gal. chicken is nov 2005. my gal behaves like a tomboy.. very tough, beat also dun cry de. see cockroach also not scared de. my boy behaves like a gal.. just the reverse of my gal.. scared cockroach, beat will cry like 'ku bao' i concurrently very stressed up with my boy. imagine he can only starting 'talking' like normal (before that all baby talk) during national day. he is going to be 4yrs old liao.. his progress in school is very much slower... can't write ABCs well, colour also can't colour well... opss am i drifting away from the topic...? haha.. next time u bring ur kids n i think they can play well together de!!

do u have existing false ceiling/lbox already? cus if u have, then i dun really think u can switch to led? i buy those MR16 LED -- so that if the led fails, i can change the bulb. i will take some pic n show u later...
