It will be gd that a timeline is given. Tell them yr ID/contractor applied the reno permit and you need to move in asap due to sell hse or watever reasons u can think of.. if not they otot.. cement screeding can be done within a day... Bedok don have so much flat to screed until u need to wait for 1-2months.. Btw they will tend to dirty yr unit walls, doors and etc and might damage yr doors n etc.. please take note.. cos i exprienced before.. gd thing is free..

There are blacksheeps in every jobs.. civil servant, taxi n bus drivers, property agents, IDs/contractors n etc.. Y u don we just stick to reno blues topic and stop all the arguement? i can c personally attacks which i suppose shouldnt happen in renotalk n any other forums.. cos we are all home owner who are mature enuff to sort things out and handle emotional well at least... though there are a few IDs/contractors hidding in here as well.. everything can be solve.. any reno mischap just take it as a lesson learnt and warn the people ard especially here.. but not too personal..

Everyone becareful of human POO at Multistorey carpark... suspects are those cheena or banga.. who always sleep at MSCP during afternoon.. plus pees.... going to call jovi n ask their guys to clean it off... cant stand their country habits... Btw i also think that their loading/unloading bay is crappy.. accident-prone(nearly kena backside).. cos of the width(if de other car park too near/or too big.. de other car would not be able to open their doors fully..) and concrete at the back wall.. and we need to carry our items over another short wall for loading/unloading.. seem stupid also... tot loading/unloading bay shld be user-friendly? HDB should be exprience with all these deisgn prob after handling so mani projects.. even though they are not the one who build them... yet their assessment for all these designs are still so poor...

Hi bride to be, My unit is done by Intradesign @ bedok central... They do bring clients to showflats.. and their office is just oppo bedok central so meaning there will be a few showflats for u to view w/o running ard.. My exprience so far so gd.. they are responsible and reliable. I think it is still best that u that u can click with the ID n like their designs.

I believe that there are still pretty a few good contractors/IDs ard... i think johnny is just having a bad exprience and wants to cautious the rest of us here and true indeed there are a few.. What Pinkpetter said are right.. gd firm does not mean gd ids/contractors... .. if can, try to find de boss to do yr unit... they will care abt their coy more den the workers.. normally la... btw every ids/contractor and their coy will 'absorb' commission from any projects they gt..thats y prices are always jacked up before hand.. thats the real world...

This forum gt a few good 1... such as IDeal hse, Gplan and etc.. read on their threads.. Mine is done by intradesign.. is a reliable coy.. feel veri safe for them to handle my home..

Nice floor lamp n consider quite reasonable in term of price.. think the normal price tag is ard 500 bucks.. Looking for floor lamp as well but budget 1(200 below).. hehe.. anyone gt recommendation?

Act i don really believe in firms under RADAC/HBAy and etc.. think this way, all these firms are paying a fee to join this committe/forums, surely they will get the backing from them even if there are complaints.. will u side the coy that pays u or the home owners that pay the coy? anyway this is just my point of view and a bad exprience by my colleague.. guess all depend on coys rather den under wat RADAC or HBAY... just my 2 cents view

I think u can call them to check that your block gt activation ant(btw there is a link to check whether your block SCV signal had been activated).. cos if we engage them personally need to pay their transport n etc fee like u mentioned.. I think they had already came and activate some blocks/units last time round.. The SCv box will have a sticker on it.. anyway can call and verify on all these.. mine gt the sticker, checked the link on my whole block gt activation.. just watch lo.. not subscribing SCV.. Np la.. haha.. anyway she did showed me the diff.. one using veneer and the other one using ABS - ABS 1 look mouldy.. nevertheless, i trust Intra la.. Cos my other carpenter commented that their workmanship not bad.. so shld be good i believe.. will post up more photos on my flat by this weekend.. IMO, IKEA things sure can buy and use 1.. their tables i had been using for at least 5 yrs.. those things that cannot be bot are metals(IKEA confirm rust cos kana before)... with those furniture drawers, handle oso cos their qualities not there...will break or wear off easily... their storage, chairs and ledges all shld be fine...

since he is at facebook.. tell him to join us here lo(the onli thing is that here no games to play la... haha).. den he will know hdb design prob, rats issue and many many more.. if not even he join oso no pt...
