Uncle soon's pricing is truly irresistible, much lower than all contractors not IDs i have contacted, alot of cost savings & he gives FOC stuff, he does not hardsell to do extra stuff unlike IDs instead he told me , can save $$, this & that not necessary to do & he did not take too long to quote me. but he did delay starting my reno , His sub cons Need Monitoring..for my place , when problems, uncle was responsible & did 'discipline' his sub-cons'- eg when his tilers left my place unlocked for the night All your requests , must get in writing...
