Hi I am staying in AMK Ave 3, resale flat too and we just completed our reno

At least jaskel did nt take off e $ and failed to deliver.i dun mind to pay extra for beta service. Those ppl i hate most is those fraudster,cheat ppl hard earned $ and tot they can get off scot free.to those cheat,i promise them tat i will do anything to get justice done. I have consider AS last time too.if i m 1 of e victim,i will definitely lodge a report long long long time.e last report was lodged within 2 days when tat cheat refused to refund $130 to me,she was jailed for 2yrs with her pic published in e papers.

Juz to share,e woman who scammed us online have been sentenced to 2yrs jail. I m among e 1st to lodge a police report after she failed to deliver e items worth $130,she did nt disappear&did reply to my sms.hwever when she came up with more excuses nt to refund to me,i lodge a police report within 3 days.i set up a thread in e forum to warn e others&more victims came forward,they lodged a report with my case no.i have reported dis case to e major media too and her photo was published in e papers too.there were as many as 60 police cases lodged against her.we also discovered e truth of scam. I juz receive a police statement,tat woman was jailed for 2 yrs.she have no means to refund us but at least she doesnt get off scot free and also prevent more ppl fr getting cheated. If u want legal advise,y nt go to e police and get their advise instead?

Thanks dear is it knock knock on the floor to check for hallow tiles? I saw 1 of the contractor just knock on the previous marble flooring and he say it's hallow. For hallow flooring, do we need to redo?

Actually I wonder why for so long, no legal actions have been taken or at least a police report have been lodged against him. Reasons are: 1) His existing cust are already v kind to him by giving him $ in advance and waiting for him for so long! 2) By taking actions, he will realise that they meant business. Don't think that by not running away, they can do nothing against him!! 3) Once a formal report are lodged, he will be submitted for police Interrogation and if he doesn't want to go for jail. He will have to finish the work left undone. Who is he going to bluff if he say he don't have the the $$ to complete the work considering that he have a bustling business in the past. Worst case, he can sell off his flat or his business to repay the owners. The homeowners have the right to know the fact and also where ur hardearned $$ goes to instead of being taken for a ride. Give him a deadline to response. If he still refused to repent, it's time to take legal actions rather than to spend so much time to wait.. Once the festive season is here, it's harder to seek for contractors and also will be more ex as well.

Sorry to hear about that. Have you consider to take a reno loan instead of waiting for Ah Soon? For sure he is not returning seeing on the fact that he owe so much $$. Instead of spending on rental and warehouse rental, why not find a solution to solve the current problem? It's better to get it done before CNY, it will be more expensive and their schedule will be tighter during the festive season.

Hi Homeowners Maybe you would like to unite and give ah soon a deadline to complete the job? If he can't fulfill his promise, it's time to some actions. Just to share a incident: I brought something online but the item never came. The seller kept coming up with numerous excuses about not posting out the items. The 101 excuses are children sick, she's sick, being suspected with H1N1 etc I started a thread and many people came forward and share their experiences with that fraudster. In front of the police, I gave that fraudster 1 last chance to refund to me but that $$ never came. Why do you want to waste time with that people?? If they really want to cheat you, THEY WILL no matter how many chances u give.. We started to file a police report and I also informed the media - (the report came up in Straits Times, Chinese Newspaper and Razor TV. Thru the media, there are more victims coming forward to share their experiences. Investigations show that that fraudster really "fixed" her mind to cheat and there are as much as 62 cases against this shameless person. We can't get back our refund but for sure, the fraudster went to jail. At least there is a closure and we face up to reality that we will never get back our $$ and also it prevent potential victims from getting cheated.
