was surprised that I received more personal message than reply here. HI Joycelst, for qn 2) for example, quote stated as $150 for 3 fan points, and ID mentioned 1point is $50. If we decided only to install 1 fan point, can ID revised quote to $80 for 1 fan point? I'm asking this as it happened to my friend.

I have some questions here on confirmed quote. Hope to get some experts advice. Yup, I think is out of goodwill but I did not push them for waiver as I just emailed them and enquiry which items is not under free shipping. To my surprised they email me on the same night and even offer to upgrade my shipping to expedited international. Beside that, I received my Evriholder Magic holder in spoilt condition, so I email them for exchange procedure. And they are so fast reply me and shipped out another piece the next day.
