I think getting a good agent is by sheer luck . Prefer someone who is patient & yet efficient. Met a few agents while selling off my previous flat, and because mine is a little complicated,so hiccups here and there. And some like not even interested in my four room flat !#$#$%^% !! Luckily my last agent managed to settle my problems and transaction smoothly. I recommend to my colleague also, and she just finalised her transation last month. Update on my Reno progress.. Work I would say 70% done.. A bit disapointed that all works cannot be completed by end of this year. Still thought of celebrating my birthday on new year day at my new place. Haiz.. got to think of alternative venue le.. Works done -Living Room, Kitchen, both toilets floor & wall tiles up -Painting (85% completed, need some touch up at some areas) One man job, but he is quite efficient. -Stainless Steel piping (ok except that the floor tile at washing machine cracked; replaced a few days back- the gaps between tiles not filled up yet) -Main gate, both toilet bi-fold doors done -L box & False ceiling done -Plastering for the whole house (Workmanship not bad, except the fact that the guys did one part of the wall for one day, MIA-ed for the next 2 days then back to continue)- Took a few days to finish everything Works pending completion -Bedroom & storeroom doors -Carpentary Works- Kitchen Cabinet, solid top, living room feature wall, TV console -3 bedrooms laminated flooring (suppose to be yesterday, now still waiting- hopefully tomorrow) -Both toilet accessories & fittings, heaters + Lightings Others - Air con installation (By another company) Counting down...

For mine, I cant even have any. Both toilets are too small for that. Of course I would love the idea.. cosy and classy..

I like laminates for bedrooms. At least don't have the cold cold feeling of the floor

I paid directly to my agent under her name, cos I request her not to charge me GST. She explained that if I want her to absorb the GST, I can't issue the cheque to her company. Must ensure & confirm everything are completed well before paying. Anyway, my transaction was over, no hiccups =)

2nd Day of hacking.. Almost everything gone- living, store, kitchen & toilet floor + wall tiles, toilet bowls, kitchen cabinets, bedroom skirtings, wardrobes in bedrooms, cornices, sinks etc.. So happy seeing the pile of dismantled items.. Wahahaha.. Electrician probably coming to my flat tomorrow.. Tiles coming tomorrow & laying them next week.

I've just signed up with ID Note this afternoon. Michael is my ID, a very easygoing and nice guy. And I am going to start my reno next week ! Super excited now, and there are so many items to choose & select..Gonna be real busy soon.. Haha.. Will be starting my T-blog probably this weekend, cos got to take pics of my flat's original condition first.
