I didn't have your problems... Their delivery was on time and they called a day before delivery.... But the quality of their products are pretty bad... I rejected a sideboard from them and i can only say i sympathise with the delivery guys.... I told them i am sorry that i cannot accept the sideboard and they accepted and they said they understand... The look that they gave me was like they were used to buyers not accepting novena products... Feel so sad for them... that they have to pay with their sweat for the lousy workmanship... When the replacement came, it was not good condition as well... but I accepted it as the defects were too small to be fussy about...

you can try drinking cold water before you sleep to cool your core temperature... FYI, I am not joking... coz this is what i do when i feel the matteress being too warm...

Actually the picture quality of LCD and LED looks the same to me... I probably do not have an eye for spotting "better" quality... For the price of LED, you can probably get a pretty good LCD (with more features)... I went for a Samsung 40'' for $999 and a LG 32'' for $649 at the IT show... add both together also dunno can get a 40'' LED or not... my opinion is to not follow the hype... go down to the shop and compare the picture quality of a LCD vs a LED... If you really can see a difference in quality that can justify its higher price, then buy a LED... i couldn't... I would even have gotten HD ready for my 32'' instead of full HD if not for my wife's objection...

Hi hi, haven't been actie lately... my reno is almost done... left my sink area, tampered glass door, shifting of my wall lights and some retification work... was cleaning up the place today... will continue tomorrow... furniture delivering tomorrow... busy busy busy....

Thats no longer the case, plasma 42" tv is like $800 plus now while lcd 42" full HD is plus minus $1000... Probably the plasma technology has made way for LCD/LED... hence the advancement in LCD/LED has gain quite an advantage over plasma... plasma will probably be phased out in a few years or months... in my opinion... LED seems to be the new plasma... in terms of pricing... whether its hype or really a better technology, i dunno... I'm sticking to the LCD... affordable price, okay picture quality.... to be honest, the plasma tv quality seems good too... and the pricing good too...

I would say they are mid range... sofas that are quite nice and urging you to spend just a little more to get it... I am still considering to get one of their sofas as well, but the price just wun ggo down... and you cannot bargain with them... so its kind of boring to buy from them... The adverts are always there, same same for any other furnishing shops... Their discounts are a joke, the discounted price is more or less the normal price. Its just how they do their marketing. Anyway, you can try casa italy as well... I think their sofas are pretty affordable and their leather feels good... and you can bargain there... but do beware coz different sales person will give you different amount.... One quoted me $2000 for a 3 seater plus othoman, another quoted me $2200 for the same thing. =)

If you want to leave it to your ID, you need to communicate very well with your ID... Some IDs are more auto-pilot, while others will seek your decision... You should get someone that will seek your decision on matters if u do not want to go up and see the reno process... Generally, checking once every 3 days is fine, once every week if you are busy, or checking everyday if u want to be more careful... On workmanship, you probably need to trash everything out before the final handover... withhold the payment until everthing is done...

y dun you contact your agent to contact your previous owner and ask them to drop by to collect...

its just like a 4 poster bed except its metal and not wood... dun see a lot of shops carrying such bed...
