congrats, somehow your floorplan reminds me of mine. toilet separate and balcony in MBR. this MBR is gonna make you headache cos of the odd shape. but yours should be better, at least straight walls. mine round one hardly can do anything

yah lor, i also have the same fears. but can't help keep looking at those samples when i was at hommage a few days ago. Gian gian but cannot use My friend is using, he say better get steam vacuums to keep germs away and the dust also. so far can find steam vacuums from OSIM only. BUT very heavy to use and EXPENSIVE

Today is a very busy and tiring day. Early in the morning , Ronald drove us to JB to find carpenter to look at our carpentry works. Luckily we went, cos manage to point out some adjustments before delivery to our house. Feel sorry for Ronald as his car went into a pothole and had a tyre puncture. To and fro about 6 hours, very shack already but still need to go up house check things. Spend another 5 hours there, DIY something and found some need to rectify. very tired now.....need sleep lazy to upload pics.....yawnzzzzz

i love to have floor rugs too. but i have two dogs. scare they pee on it and fur stuck there.... saw so many nice rugs everywhere! wah biang and i cannot buy

u mean in MBR? i not sure what depth wor. when next time go up then measure for you. but mine the is a ledge in below the windows, maybe that's why look thick. seriously, i lost count liao. a lot of add ons here and there. hard to keep track leh. living room floor tiles? is homo tiles from hafary, model KAJ600

lol, that is common gimmick for sales mah. if not customer will not commit as there is always another day reason not to buy de. i am in sales line so i can totally read and understand all this gimmick. but still i cannot help falling for some of their tactics when shopping for home things.
