genie, go check out Harvey Norman....was there last nite and they had really gd sales for LG tv. Ended up we also bought a 50" plasma LG tv from them. It was a steal~!!! btw, the sales started on 20 Feb alrd!! so better go while the stocks r still there. Any branch of Harvey Norman should have. If you insist on checking out their biggest branch, go to Millenia Walk branch for tat gd luck!

can totally emphatise with u....used to be victim of neighbours (apparently the same one) who threw curry out of their kitchen window (prob no dustbin in the house!!!!) and also, they simply love to wash their living room windows so we have to close our living room windows all the time :S

agree on the contaminants part....my parents got overmount sink with silicon sealant....tat's exactly wat's happening...it's turning yellow n starting to have algae or bacteria (watever u call it)....on top of tat, sealant starting to fray off n wear off too....tat's y i'm tiking abt the sealant

fftw, got ur point on the overmount n undermount sink tops to summarise wat u n KSJL said, tat means....if u do undermount sink top, edges of sink can't be seen and if we do overmount sink top, we have to do some kind of sealant ie. silicon to ensure no spilling or leakage of such rite?

indeed, it's true tat only floor tiles for new HDB flats aren't allowed to be hacked unless it's till 3 or 5 yrs after tat....it's in the HDB website so no worries on tat

noobhouse, not sure if u read my reply last nite in another thread.... dun ever ever pay them 70% balance before u ask them to deliver....if not, v v sure u won't get to see ur furniture at all....just tell them tat u will pay them in cash (ringgit) upon delivery in full....

yes, they will usually quote u for the base....if not, u can check n ask them, if they fit in cabinets with little legs at the bottom, how much? shd be cheaper cos less materials used...
