One of my room is fully systeminded. 2 things to note: 1) The rubberwood is easily scratchable. Really unsightly after a while. 2) The gaps between the boxes are dust magnets.

I've added a base for my fridge which I regreted. Nowadays the new kitchen so super small and my fridge is kinda big. It comes with auto water/ice dispenser. Every year I will have to change the water filter behind. Now I have to tilt the fridge whenever I change filter. Someone have to be in front of the fridge to "tahan" it while it is tilting at 15%... Super troublesome.

Hey you bought the basins already? I bought almost the same type, but its a basin together a scrub board by the side. It's also from HOE KEE and cost about $350. 2 years later, the legs all give way. The LEGS are **** lousy, its screwed on with 4 long screws. The rest of the metals are just cheap metal which disintegrated. In the end, I have to go DIY shop and buy 8 fridge cubes to hold up the whole structure.

So where could the toilets be? So far I've only seen EA floorplans with 2 toilets. Anyone with EA floorplans that have 3 toilets? Thanks!

Mine is not a Balcony. Currently living in a 4room flat heh. So my planter is actually built by me in my living room. There is a tinted full length window. Furthermore, we don't get direct sunlight. I guess that's why the bamboo up lorry

View is nice, but for me, I've always love my garden. I've built a platform for my planter. Unfortunately, becuase its blocked by my full length tinted window and not enough sunlight... My bamboo didn't grow well, they all turned brown, so I pulled them all out. If I get a nice EM Penthouse next time, I can grow my bamboo on the rooftop garden, hee!

My 4 room flat is full of platforms. I custom made 4 platforms @ my place and 1 systemind platform in my study. The systemind platform covers the entire study room and there are 2 study tables. I think about 6k My dining platform cost about $4000. Landscape platform about $1500 Master bedroom platform with tv console and 360 degree swirvel tv stand. $2000 HEH, you better think properly before building platform. Took me about 3 months then finally no longer tripping and kicking anything. Now with my 7 month old kid, his walker is like a bumper car, go abit nia hit platform, don't really have a big area for him to walk around. Of course it is also a big hazzard because of all the protruding sharp corners.
