Hi Guys, does anyone know if there is a increase in HDB valuation report price? Looking around the forum, most mention its $180.50 but on HDB's website its stated $186.55?

i called up rhb to enquire about reno loan few days back and this is what i was told 1) max 3 companies - for eg: hdb approved contractor + plumbing works + electrical works - as long as plumbing or electrical works company is a registered company, the bank will issue the cheque - bank will not issue to freelance 2) quotations must be provided when applying loan 3) cheque will be issued upon customer request - 1st cheque is free - subsequent cheque is $8 / cheque hope this helps
