Did you ask the contractor to redo the mismatch tile? I dont think it will cost a lot, since it was only couple meter2 only. Try to ask, how knows they will absorb the cost

About the hanger, yes it will not hide the clothes when they are hanged, at least it will look nicer at night when i am home Of course the pipes will be seal, but it will not be using tiles i think, i will have to confirm this with Jasper. For the top cabinet, we plan to use a little bit cloudy glass, not the clear one. Thanks for the reminder BTW just got another call from HDB (6395581X) They already inspect the site, and confirm it is the board near the lift landing that cause the splash to the corridor. they will ask "Lift" department to fix it

Halo Gimz63251073, Actually final design is the top one. It will be L shape And behind the sink, there will be a washing machine. For the fridge i purposely put it there, as i don't have wall between living room and kitchen. Hanger for cloth is behind the sink too. I ask Jasper to build a wall to conceal the hanger For the space with cabinet, we will try to discuss with Jasper. Thanks for your idea. So far Jasper try to ask me to change the whole cabinet door on top to use a glass (just like in the left most cabinet) while i only prefer to change another 2 on the other end of cabinet. Price per door 80$ What do you guys think? Will it make the kitchen looks better? TIA

I use double bowl. That what Jasper said also, but somehow my wife prefer top mount I am not sure what the diff between solid n granite top. All i know it was not natural granite. It was a man made granite. Is it same with the solid top that you mean?

Day 2 All hacking work is done. Debris already gone. Ahead of schedule one day. So far very satisfied with Jasper work. Wall between living and kitchen is gone. Debris is cleared, sand and cement already there. Jasper said tomorrow can start the wet work. But good one bad news: HDB did not approve my plan to leveling the floor near the common bathroom, because it will exceed the minimum height between floor and window I am waiting for final 3d with the floor leveling amended. Will upload once i get it.

That surely match with my wallet Bargain? how should i set the price? I am really not good at furniture pricing I don't buy furniture weekly or even daily, kekeke

Kekeke, i know they sell mostly grocery. But, if the price is right, i don't mind Haven't decide will be Sat or Mon. Need to check my wife schedule also. She is the one who will decide the sofa, i have decided the tiles, bathroom accessories and washing machine

Thanks for the info Rondy, never thought it will take 1-2 month for delivery. I have the same thought with u also. Will use 3 seater sofa with a small and low coffee table. Got recommend from friend who live in AMK. He said fair price have a nice sofa selling for 700 (3seater) Definitely Will go to AMK this weekend to browse the sofa. BTW, just got call from HDB (6395581X) Saying that they will see how to fixed the water spill in my corridor. I just send a feedback to hdb website last night. Less than 24 hour got response already
