So sorry to make you repeat again. Just to clarify my doubts. Does it mean that I can apply BTO now. Meanwhile I am holding on the pte property, before 2nd appointment, I need to transfer or sell my property away? May I know where can I get the information about this?

How much is the legal fees for changing the name of the owner for pte condo?

Dear Experts, I have a question regarding the the ownership of the executive condo. If I am owning a pte condo under my father and my name. Am I allow to purchase executive condo with my husband to be? I know the restriction for hdb. But not with the executive condo. Are they having same rules apply?

Hi... Do you mind to share how is your dad tear down the existing cupboard? I have a build-in study table with the cabinet on top. Thinking to tear it down. But not sure what tools and procedure to use. Do you mind to share? Since it is build in, I guess I need to do some repainting after that. The contractor left some paint after the renovation last time.

Dear Tata Our budget is definitely lower than 2m. So according to your opinion, we should op for HDB in mature estate? I am really confused. My parents are considering to buy a property as a wedding gift for us. Any idea how is the current market like? Should I go for the condo or resale HDB? I need help!!! Currently, I own a condominium under my dad and my name. My fiance and I, we are planning to get a BTO. And found out that we are not eligible. Hence, we are thinking to get a resale flat. However, I have few questions. 1. Is there any income ceiling in order to get a resale flat? As we are planning to get 3 rooms flat near his parents' flat. 2. Are we consider first timer? Is there any advantages in buying the resale flat consider that we are first timer? 3.
