i believe each divorce sellers have their own story and reason. each case has it unique situation. years back, when my parents filed for divorce and the processed was completed. my father was very much eager to sell the flat (at central location) but my mother was not ready. reason being, she has to look for alternate place for herself, myself and 2 of my sisters within a short span of time. and because my father kept pressing on us, his agent and the buyers took advantage of the situation and pressed on my mother. i still remembered the seller and his agent threaten my mum that she will never get the best offer from other as he had offered if she still not willing to sign on the dotter line. being uneducated lady with limited market knowledge, limited saving, and need to support 3 of her teenagers, what can she do? we ended up stay at 2 different places till we found our own flat at the resale marker. anyway, forgive and forget and we moved on. anyway, that's was many years back. now, more and more people are aware of market. so, i believe those divorce couples will know how to make wise decision in their situation.

hahaha... you were at my work place on that sunday for my laminate selection. my off-day/rest day is on monday because sat and sunday is my action days. tue - fri is my preparation work. you heard what my youths call me when we were in our discussion my job scope has increase (but no pay increase ). i am taking additional role. so, i will be traveling more then usual now

congrats for your reno is concluding soon. i believe there is an excitement and looking forward for moving in the new house anyway, i was and still am a happy customer of Sincerity Pte Ltd. in fact, i was too very particular with the HDB license thingy at first before i engage jaskel. after read out some good reports of his works, we decided to give him a try. after our 1st meet-up together with my wife and my daughter at vivo coffee bean (we had spoke to few IDs and contractors few months earlier). we are comfortable with his sincerity even though, we don't really do the major reno work on my house since it is still new. (actually, if jason don't smile, you looks very scary serious hahahah ). anyway, was busy a little after our 1st meet up. after received the quotation from him, i didn't response to him because i was hurry (last min) to go for my trip. came back and realized that i only have about a week for my house reno (the seller promised to hand over the key 2 to us 2 weeks earlier for our house reno before our 2nd appointment. very nice of them). some delay and only left us 1 week. met him at simei for the reno confirmation and told him we only have a week window to do all the important and essential work. this was a challenge for him and he has not done it before. So he laid out the timeline for my info because i need to purchase lights, toilet stuffs etc. just one week, we need to get all lights done, paint done, hack wall and rebuild it, living room and bedroom flooring and of course our toilets. he and his team did their best. eventually, we are able to move in a day before our 2nd appointment. the rest of the work... toilets stray paints, glass work, carpentry, all done within a month after we moved in. actually a lot was base on trust. in my case, there were a lot of things has not done from my side (too rush). when reno work started, i still have not submit my reno loan. after a week and moving in, my reno loan has not approve yet. hahahaha. i told my wife what if our reno loan not approve than how? we already moved in anyway, can't run away. he knows where i stay and where i work. yes! even though he keeps his sunday for his family time but he choose to come down to my work place on sunday for laminate selection. anyway, we are happy with our reno process and work done. now i feel bad to talk "behind" his back

i had them to moved my stuffs too. they came on time, move out very fast. they really took a good care of my stuffs. my family was very much impressed with their great team spirit. they looked out for each other too. great attitude. for my case, no choice. too many boxes and stuffs event though i reused 30% of my furniture. 2 trips. but on the 2nd trip which was only 1/2 the load and they charged me 1/2 trip base on 1/2 load instead of 2 full trip cost. the best thing is that my sister also engaged them 2 yrs back. their was 2 full load therefore 2 trips. ask for discount and they adsorbed the GST for them there was why my sister recommended this mover to me.

wow! didn't know he does that. that can save me a lot of "work". haha... actually for my case, it is different situation. after 1st week of major reno, my family has to move in. and a lot of things (e.g. delivery, installation etc) i have to settle it myself. it may not convenience for him to do for us since we already stay in. it is easier for jason to do it for you since you have not move in yet. i wish we don't have that rush for our house reno. too stress up for me, my family and jason and his team

nice house you have me also have our wedding at two places. church wedding and wedding dinner at singapore. following week, wedding dinner at Jakarta. we only have about 9 months to work on our plan very stressful. anyway, i like your feature wall on your store room. me and my wife wanted it on it have full glass. i will have to wait
