I think all the govt agencies are gonna start blacklisting me le.. Juz shoot an e-mail to the town council on Sun nite and Mon early morn, this lady called me for my address so as to refer me to the person in charge of my area.. They are very efficient in responding to me and making arrangements to come up to my flat on Sat to check on the water leakage problem within the morning. Let's hope tat they will be as efficient in resolving the leakage problem, which only occurs when there's a **** heavy downpour.. Kudos to jaskel for being able to come up and "meet" the officer wif us..

Hi powder blue, The brand of vinyl flooring tat we are using is Formica. Not too sure abt the costs as it was quoted along with the labour to install the flooring by our contractor (@ jaskel: Maybe u can advise powder blue?) Me and my hubby love the vinyl flooring, as it is rather convenient to clean but best not to use a too wet mop lah.. No problems wif the flooring, even when my doggie accidentally did her biz on the vinyl flooring. It is not sticky when walking on it, feels more like wood, i guess.. I think my dog loved the flooring too, coz sometimes she rather sleep on the floor then in her own bed. It is scratch-proof too, but not advisable to drag furniture all over the flooring thou.

Things are looking great, lachesis! But, poor u, gotta start all the unpacking by yrself on the 1st day..

Yah, mis-comm not so bad.. The worst was the O**C one, which I wrote abt after u posted.. Hope u will not be haunted by the reuel guy man... I totally understand how it feels and how bad it is.. Yup, totally hate it when those buggers wif bad credit histories refuse to change their address! Worst when one see so many financial institutions chasing for $$ from the same bugger and one can start wondering if all those "credit bureaus" are for real... U guys haven't updated us on yr house shifting! Completed yet? No pics from u guys yet lehz... Shall we organise a round of house-warming soon? I'm definitely interested!

Haha.. I agree.. It makes it "easier" if he decides to be "funny" coz I can easily go all the way to the higher ups.. I had wanted to throw away all those irritating letters sometime back but was too lazy to do anything abt it.. Come to think abt it, I think I better keep the letters as "protection" in case I need evidence of how long this bugger nv changed his address wif the pte sector after shifting out..

I am super pissed off rite now.. The bugger son has yet another letter yesterday from O**C and I called up to speak wif a staff who told me they can't get the bugger. FINE. The supervisor called me back today and make it sound as if it was MY fault for opening the bugger's letters! WTH?!@ She say that it is a 3rd party letter and I shun open the letters and apparently they had been able to get the bugger on the phone but he refused to update his address. SO?! Wat am I supposed to do? Juz silently receive the letters and leave them unopen till I get a notice of demand pasted on my door izzit?! Anyway, best part is, she told me tat the bugger son works in SPF! Is she trying to "scare" me and tell me tat the bugger can take some "revenge" actions against us? Well, now tat I know and confirmed that the bugger son is working in SPF, it may be for the best! Why lehz? Coz if either of us (me and hubby) kenna any probs from SPF, or if we receive any more letters from any finance institutions, we CAN ask SPF to check if the bugger is involved or go straight and complain to the biggest shot in SPF.

Yup, got their ranks, names and departments.. But forgot the HP # part.. I think this has indeed "trained" my patience like anything.. Imagine it goes way back to around April this year.. Gosh! More than half a year lorz.. Turned me into a crazy, ranting person on the phone wif all these ppl.. Which hinge u meant? Need some refreshing..

Thanx fencer for the advises. I told the lady tat picked up my call juz now tat i want an answer from someone higher up by today. Got an answer b4 lunchtime - in time for a lunch tat can be digested better wif answers.. Apparently, they managed to get the bugger to change his stupid address to the REAL one. However, their IT dept had a cock-up and sent it wrongly to my address for this mth. He promised me tat next mth wun receive the letter anymore. And I gave him an ultimatum: Any letters from them next mth, will not hear from me, but from ICA. Forgot to inform him tat I will go to the SPF too.. So, all's peace for now.. Wait for another mth and see if "war" will happen or not?

ALAS! Our peace was short-lived... The bugger LIM WAI LEONG LYNYRD and his bugger dad LIM PENG CHOON are still BUGGERS!!! The **** S*ing Investment sent bloody demand letters again.. Incompetent ppl at the bank! WTH! NVM, I am NOT going to let them get away wif it! Anyone knows the e-mail addresses of the chairman of Sing Investment and the HR department, and also the head of ICA? Please provide if u have or know where I can get the info. I am gg to make ICA take actions again this errant bank and the buggers!

After the long "battle" wif the stupid financial institutions, I think I can officially declare that our problems on the ex owners (aka buggers) are finally resolved! Had not received any more irritating mails for abt 2 mths, so now can be at ease le.. Guess my persistant phone calls and "threats" of reporting to ICa had worked.. Haha..
