The price that we bought will only give us yield at 5.5%, as compared to those who bought at 0.93 who'll get 7-8% yield. will u buy SGX on monday? $9-$10 too high... Rumour has it that ASX may buy over SGX... wonder what will be the implications

Anyone bought MIT when it opened on Thursday? Today suddenly dropped so much till $1.10... wonder why... nobody buying? Tot it's in high demand

compressor's noisy. we left it as it was after they came the 2nd time. like what i've stated, hubby wanted to complain all the way, but i didn't wanna pursue it. do contact Gain City regarding the noises that you're facing cos after warranty period, complain = pay pay pay. If u can take it, complain until you're satisfied with everything.

same as the one opposite Simei Eastpoint - opposite MRT station, right in between schools & MRT tracks, facing the busy main road & a bus-stop, and there's a cross-junction... I really wonder how the developer's going to solve the main gate problem to buy a unit there, one really has to rent it out - if not one will go nuts with all the noise!!!

ever thought of what will happen when u can't service the bank loans due to sudden decrease or lack of income, and u can't sell of the units cos losses will be over-whelming?? real-life experience we've been thru, so never be too gungho 'bt getting many apartments on loans. life's never a bed of roses...
