wow very detailed leh. i think better to hav your 4a option. coz may have problems with NSC leh.. they are not the MC's own people and when problem arises MC will come to you saying they cant work with your NSC etc etc.. my reno experience not much la but from what i remember we usually get MC to employ DSC unless for special special requirements/jobs, u get him to work with your NSC. dhotshop's design and build also good! one MC take care of everything traditional method is to have consultants and contractors separate coz you want the consultants to watch over the contractors mah. but if you know a good and reliable MC whos also good in design, then i think D&B is the way to go!

hmm... actually long time ago theres this shop selling dog stuff in centrepoint... at the deserted corner near g2000... it has this same kind of dog figurine that barks when u walk past.. not sure whether the shop is there now tho.. anyone knows? maybe u go take a look only when you are around that area.. coz i also not sure whether the shop is still there especially after centrepoint renovated..

I manage to get jetstar one leh. But you must make sure you book on the day you see the promo lor. coz it'll be taken up very fast. Also those promo fares like $10 is for air tkt only. still need to add surcharges and taxes. But in the end still will end up cheaper lor. I went bkk last year on a normal no-promo price is about $430 for asia hotel 4d3n. this year i book early coz of the $10 fare deal i paid about $370 for baiyoke sky 4d3n.. If i stayed at asia hotel would have saved more coz cheaper then baiyoke sky..

wah.. actually if you confirm going in jul then you can start looking out for cheap promos now already ma. If you fly by budget airlines then sometimes they will have promos like $10 airfare or something.
