Just tasted a very delish char siew bun a colleague brought to work but he has no idea where it's bought from as it was a gift to his brother. All he knows is that it's bought from Clementi. Anyone has any idea?

There are all kinds of materials, not just wood (tho my mum always says that wood is the best). I prefer the dispenser type like poster#2. I'm also using the same kind. Very convenient.

How about town area? Or Chinatown?

A colleague recommends San De veg near his place in Yishun. According to him, ''cheap and good''. I'm not vegetarian but I've tried Loving Hut and think it's not bad. There's also this small eatery in Fortune Centre the same colleague brought me but I can't remember the name.

I love the ones at Din XXX Fung. Tho bit pricey but worth it. Anyone has other good recommendations?

Mate, you're definitely talking about the wrong person. The Ah Meng I'm talking about is not ''a skinny guy with blond dyed hair" - he's medium built with black hair. I don't know about your guy but the one I'm recommending has never given me any trouble.

I'd suggest IKEA too. Got a nice sofa bed from there for a friend some time back, but can't rem if it was under $200.

As an IKEA fan, I would say go for IKEA but if you can get cheaper elsewhere, maybe can consider...
