Warzone... Sneak preview of my toliet floor.....very happy with the finishing. It's really requires alot of effort. Cutting away the marble flooring to create a divider design to blend in to kitchen flooring..

My china cheong moooi spider lamp is here. Hope it turns out well.....fingers crossed Cement screed applied to the partition wall. The raw effect looks good....very tempting to leave it as it is. haha...my wifey sure will kill me if i do that.. Another layer of cement was applied, hope this will solve my water leaking headache...

Actually they are 2 models. The more ex model has more LED lights and "vitamin safe" or whatever they call it. The cheaper one (medium size) dun have and only one LED. I bought the medium size one also, because cheaper alot...hehehe

Ok back to my reno update... Common toliet almost done. The tiler is doing up the toliet entrance. Balcony with waterproofing. Looks like those dried up volcano lava... Sigh...been raining everyday......progress on my balcony is delayed Master toliet almost complete as well.

The PRC tiler is really hardworking. I went to my place yesterday and surprise to see him working on labour day. So ironic right. Asked him why working while its holiday, he said have to finish his work as owner normally want to move in fast. Feeling quite paiseh for him working on holiday, offered to treat him a meal.

That person just walked right in while the workers were working in the daytime. If neighbour they should even more need to have the courtesy to ask for permission. Anyway, no matter who that person was..its wrong to trespass other people house. Hope I dun hear this again.

If you intend to get furniture and electronic stuffs, no harm to go down to take a look. They are just beside each other.

Hi Pete, Is there any difference in the picture/sound quality if i use those free HDMI cables connect to from my AMP to TV or I need to buy those expensive branded HDMI cable? The seller told me its better to use the branded one ($80 for 1.5M) then free HDMI cable. Is it true or he trying to smoke me? TIA

Ya lor...they are staying in HDB...not landed. If they cannot tolerate this kind of things then dun in HDB. Why people have to do things to their liking.

Hahahah...dun know. Maybe it's my neighbour lah. I heard from my contractor, they are quite unfriendly. Guess they are the one complained to HDB of my reno. Anyway, i dun give a hoot...as long as we do it within the approved hours they can do nothing.

HN price is better even after adding the $30 delivery charge. Maybe the local stores dropped their prices now. So that make my decision making easier to get this model.

Better be safe...coz you never know. If something damamged or happened, people might start pointing fingers at each other.
