This question surface to me when i saw ur audit for your sister floorplan. It seems really scary and frigtening. I have been avoiding a feng shui audit coz i believe the lesser i know the better it is so that i will not have any worry about the design and wat will happen in the future. On the other hand, i am so tempted to see what this house or layout would bring to me or affecting me but i am afraid to see or hear the hard truth le.. What should i do?

Hi, I just got the quote back from blve and blue.. and a whopping 97k.. i was like super super shock!! But 1 thing that i am impress is he quote everything that i want to do into the quote and after we decide things that do not need Example: 1) Feauture wall in MBR for tv console and to hide the toilet door (removed) 2.5k 2) 80cm x 80cm floor tiles (removed) use lamintated overlay from evorich 13k 3) Storage platfrom in MBR,Livingroom and Sound Room (remove/revise) 20k 4) Granite tops (revised price) 1.5k 5) Shower screen in common room 0.6k With all these remove and some other small stuff we came down to a price of 47k hahah he also offered a 8% discount. This price only inclusive of plumbing not electrical. As compared to artistroom with the samefloor plan. Artistroom quote was 49 inclusive of electrical and all platform(normal with no storage). Hmm by the look of these, blve and blue has a little upper hand as all their carpentry comes with internal laminates. The rest is comparable, haizz this is so confusing. I think i dun care whether it is laminate inside or outside already basically i think it is not a concern as long as outside is laminate okie liaoz. hahah

Anyway, I am still deciding whether to have a japanese style dinning or a normal dinning table. What do you guys suggest?

Hey, notice the platform near the bar area, that would be the dinning area. It is something like the japanese style where the table woulb be in the middle and this table can be kept/hide.

hey guys, haiz, i have now reach a stage of choosing between 3d or blveblue. I am waiting for the quotation from both sides to decide. The initial thought of using 1 for wet works and the other for carpentry, dun sound very good le.. I am wondering if there is a problem with stuff who do i look for? Will there be any communications issueS? Can both party work seamlessly together? blah blah... I think i should keep to one ID right ?? My final floorplan

Hey danyo83, Dun worry, my mum bought that too.. But u must make sure that the 800 series suit you first. Because my mum slept on the 800 and had a back pain because the plush of the bed is too much so after sleeping into the bed for bout 3 mths . We ask for a change to a lower series which were wonderfully done and coordinated by the manage name gary.. So if you have any problem pls contact the manager.. he is very good

UPDATES!!! I just met up victor and Raymond from 3d concept. I have told him my concerns about the arrangement of just asking myidfactory to do the carpentry for me. They are very nice and they really do gave their heart and souls into my project. Even though, i have stunned them so many times with so many different layout and ideas and items. They are still very willing to help me out to cut COST, still have design and the most important thing is the healthy relationship of trust and communication. to me they are A+++ , 100/100. I am sorry that i have to praise them like that but this is how i really feel and they deserve. I believe if i were to meet other IDs, i dont think they have to time to ding dong with me for so many rounds and end up not earning so much. My thoughts are since they are so patience with me from the first meeting and dun mind the changes and stuff. Even offered me help personally, i think they earn my trust and believe. Just IMHO ....

Yup... I think the quotes are reasonable.. wardrobe at 200pfr and kitchen @ 100pfr c/w laminates in and out.. that's all la.. for kitchen all comes with softclosing brand is donotti , techonology is revo italy.. Thats is all i have now as for the detail quote not yet.. ill be doing all my carpentry with them.. as for the quality i think will be good as they are using precision machine to cut all their wood and all the wood cut are tag with a bar-codes so nexxt time if there is any problem they can rectify i immediately just by giving the bar-code or partnumber. This is wat is told, i will be visiting to confirm...

I have contacted the sales regarding my mum condition about the bed. Gary who is the manager came over to my place and diagnose. He agree with my mum and suggested to the change the bed to a lower series with firmer support for my mum .. KUDOS to Gary... After so many exchange with COURTS which did not do anything.. i am so pissed!!!! I msg gary and he solved this like in a day unlike COURTS! ding dong for 3 weeks .. no result!!! Pls do give this bed another chance but pls only look for GARY . I have witness his commitment and service A++, just say you saw a review on renotalk.. cheers..

hey, i will be using their carpentry for sure, as in to use them for everything am still thinking as i am comparing now with 2 more IDs which too give very good ideas and design and services. But i can see that this senior manager is really good, he has been to alot of trade and he knows alot of things as i have so many things i want to do like sound proofing, sound system, platform with storage/table all these he had advise me accordingly and 1 thing i like is he in not reserve in his knowledge. He added "from now on, dun do anything or place any deposite, call me first then u decide". Very good i feel, also they have lotsa plan for their company as in what laminates to bring in, what are the next step or material for carpentry and stuff.. Not bad.. i feel, if u want or need pls let me know. IMHO, as when i started on my reno journey. I think choose an ID with longer years of exprienece, you will benefit alot and that does not mean that you will lose the design.

seriously i also dun know , this is what they told me. I suppose treated would mean, termintes resistance or moisture ba.. something like that

UPDATES AGAIN!!! When to blve and blue again.. This time round its the senior manager there serving me, i must say there is a huge difference, he is so knowledgeable and he share everything with me including did i make a right choice or what are the concerns etc. He is really good and also i like his carpentry as they offer in n out laminates and uses precision machine to cut or make the materials. I will be going down to their factory to see and view. Haiz..i must say i am bless with very nice and good IDs so far, offer to help me save costs and assurance. Although, i do not know what will be the aftesales service but by judging the way they server and also the amount i am spending. I dun think it is worth to serve me as a customer that want cheap, good and reasonable priced items TOP CHOICE 1) Victor from conceptwerke 2) James from blveblue 3) E**in who offered to help me meet my budget on his own accord Haiz.. How i wish i can combine everything together haha..

I bought it for my mum but still she is still feeling pain at her lower pain and worst still have to see a doctor. Maybe u guys are lucky, the bed fits you but no in my case. Yes according to them , they are under the same boss. Blve n Blue is new i guess so no one has heard that before but i was attracted to the laminates in and out hehe. The solid ply they are using are treated solidply from indo. Meeting their manager later..

Called them up and they say they do not deal directly with end-user so we have to go thru bluv and blue or go to IDs that using them as capentry like home sucess etc. Right now prices at blveblue is 100pfr for kitchen cabinet c/w 5 choice of laminates inside and 200 psf for wardrobe c/w laminates inside too.
