OMGAH! My fear factor is 10/10 when "knife" is mentioned. You can say I have phobia & fear seeing sharp knives. It has an advantage to get the Aircon from his contact because Donny is coordinating with the Aircon guy telling him when they can install & follow up. I don't have to bother the installation schedule & pipes running issue. Everything they coordinate with each other for FCU placement & running of trunking.

Oh ya...when they came to install the FCU & compressor, I wasn't there. That's why they came again when I called them for the remote controls. Ours is inverter system 4.
