Continued from above: I have agreed to settle the final payment for the renovation. As my ID has been very hardworking, I just want to help him close his book as he was frequently queried by his accounts staff why my reno takes him so long to close out. Further, as mentioned in above, both the Project Manager & my ID have been great in following up with every request or any concerns I raised to them. Therefore, I have no reasons to hold back the balance payment any longer. Anyway, the VO items are less than half of original quotation as I took out some items which are not required.

it is shown in my signature...$3770... It is worth the money I paid as they provide me excellent service & a piece of mind! I do not have to worry like GC which they stashed newspapers inside the hidden trunking of my old Aircon. Just finished my lesson & on way home. While waiting for bus at JE interchange, using my iPhone to update today's meeting with my ID. Last week, I texted my ID asking when he is coming to close out the project, as I have balance payment for the VO items as well as few punchlist items. ID told me he was on 2 days MC, and his Project Manager was in KL. ID told me his Manager will return on Tuesday, that was yesterday. Yesterday, ID messsged me to confirm our meeting at 1pm today. Together with my ID, they took down the items which they need to follow up, and I am fully trusting them. They are from a well established ID firm & they will live up to deliver their words to customers. Furthermore, I have good faith in my ID; he is reliable & very responsive person. In the evening, I got a missed call from an unknown number. Then, I got a missed call frm my son. When I returned my son's call, he asked if I sent 2 guys to repair the sink water pipe. I then realized that the plumber had came to attend to the minor leak at the sink basin of MBR toilet! As ID had also asked the tiler to touch up the groutings on Friday, I have to ask ID to postpone it as I am having housewarming for my colleagues on that evening. The Manager is also arranging the plasterer to return to do touch up to a wall which he spotted today! I'm happy that the manager came to my place & check the works himself. I really surprised by their initiatives to provide quality service to customers. Upto now, I remained as a satisfied customers of ClassicIdeas

Hi, friends78 I have door stopper on the top of door frame, and another one at the bottom of door. I have now installed additional stoppers, recommended by forumer, on the door frame (small pillar) right from the top to bottom. I will take close up picture & show you.

Hi, gals_mama Nice house! For the broken meter, can call HDB Town Council. I had mine replaced recently. It was a coincidence: an officer from SP came to investigate why our utilities bills is low for past months. I asked him about the meter cover, and he said he will call HDB & get them to replace FOC. Within the next day, they came to replace the cover.

Yes, our block is very unique with 2 doors: Main door & one side door at the kitchen. As far as I know, besides Pandan Gardens, there are also HDB blocks at Teban Gardens & Boon Lay with similar 2-doors concept, but their kitchens are not as spacious as those in Pandan Gardens. The front door, enter to LivingRoom: The back door, enter to kitchen: Someone pm to ask me to show the view of my kitchen from our back door, and here it is: Picture taken while standing at the back door entrance: The stove is being blocked by the tall cabinet, as stove cannot be seen from entrance. I will take some new pictures from Main door if I have time. As for the back door, unable to take full view due to lift upgrading in progress which block the passage way.

Looks like this thread is becoming more interesting with comments & feedbacks. Still like to see some pictures of offices / buildings with 'feng shui' features...as we live in this society where getting office / commercial units feng shui'd is very common nowadays.

For me, my ID selects the tiles for me and I only gave the nod whether I like the colour. We have more ranges of floor & wall tiles for my extreme makeover. During tiling, it was the tiler who called me & asked for my decision if he had problem with alignment. This happened to the floor tiles at the kitchen foyer. He was instructed to take alignment from kitchen foyer entrance, but this means that he could not achieve the alignment at the kerb of our side door entrance. For your case, see if you can replace one row on each side with those mosiac tiles?

Time really flies! We moved back 3 weeks ago now and not much changes to the house. I am supposed to get some plants for the indoor 'mini-garden', but I want to keep the 'recycled' wooden bench & cant find a suitable place except the 'mini-garden'. Now, the wooden bench takes up the space where most of our neighbours put the kitchen sink, along with the hot/cold water dispenser. My fsm has advised to leave that space 'open'.......but I am not sure what fs theory he applied, I just listen & do what he told to do. Supposed to buy nice picture frame for this grey wall at kitchen foyer, but can't decide what to buy yet & where to buy nice picture for that wall. Any recommendation here? Only the children bought things for their own use....a gymbar by the second son...

Hi, bepgof Well written! That's why there are so many self proclaimed FSM who 'messed' around with people's lives, some even teaching theories which don't know come from which ancient texts! I have consulted many masters, seeking second opinions after opinions, and also ended up learning fs/bz just to make self aware of which FSM can be trusted upon, when seeking their advices. As you correctly mentioned, gaining fs knowledge is easy; but practicing is difficult as there is no short cut without filling all the 'ingredients'...!! There is also no one size fits all approach.

Seeking Harmony is the key Word. As for remedies to cure negative stars, you can google and ultimately find articles on mitigating negative annual stars. In general, presence of star 2 and star 5 can use metal objects to mitigate the negative energy. As for 2011, as star 5 resides in East sector which is of Wood element, may not be necessary as Wood can counter Earth, as what you mean? However, my room in East is a separate case, as I need water & metal. Hope this clarifies why, for my case, I am still introducing metal to cure star 5 in east room.
