Hts-8100 has already EOL a few years ago. U won't be able to find any sound bars that is of the quality and power output. I won't be able to advise u on the models because I am not a fan only this small audio sets.

Bose are famous for their 2.5" full range, very detailed on vocals.. that's why showroom only play selected tracks. does bose manufacture their own drivers? You can get similar ones from Peerless that doesn't cost u an arm or leg. As for those u mentioned, it all depends on their cabinet enclosure. Anyone here play with OEM drivers?

Soundbar good for movies because the array of 2.5" full range is able to create virtual surround. 1 of the best soundbar is the 2008 philips hts-8100. All the newer ones cannot make it. if you are playing music, try those Denon or Onkyo set, sound should decent enough.

Pressure does not cause all these leakage. It is the quality of the sanitary ware and the workmanship that causes the leak.

To be very frank, "Got Money also cannot buy quality wood". What's wrong with plywood when all surface is sealed up with vinyl, or laminates or abs trimming.? does it have any chance for it to produce that odourless smell.? So long the room/house is ventilated, I don't see much harm. What you should be concern is not to feed your kids with process food which is the major cause of cancers.

The painter u engage will plaster and paint. Make sure they use external plaster, some comes in 5L tin like DNT brand...etc. Best to let the plaster dry for 3 days at least before painting. Get your painters to put protective sheets to prevent paint from splattering into your neighbors house. No such thing as encroachment of air space.

Half true only... mine start to rust within a year, they can't even bother to provide me any touch up paints..

when we do overlay, we also add a new layer of "warrior w1" aka "milk" before overlay tiles. W1 is also added into the cement for better bonding. having said this, you will have 2 layers of waterproofing instead of 1. generally, most of the water seepage is from the floor traps and WC sewer opening, so get the contractor to pay extra attention to these area. however, if the development is more than 20yrs, it will be good to hack.

Whether overlay or hack off, it is up to individual to choose if they want to save hacking cost, lesser mess..etc. contractors who advise hacking so that they can also earn more.
