can only use those lever less if the existing main door have a door knob or something to push open the door. So have to depend on AxelC whether he wants his new main door have normal door lever ( or knob) or use digital lock like samsung lever. AxelC, i got myself a new door so i didn't pay extra for door knob or normal door lever, just use the one on the digital lock. if you look at police reports, i think most housebreaking happens through windows, not door. but if you have children at home, then better to have gate lah.

Mine also corridor unit. I have been living here more than 14 months and no one plays/vandalize my lock.

Definitely cool! I cannot live without it now. Totally worth paying the price. My gate was less than 75mm thus I removed the gate.

Ants can crawl on it but they will die after 15 mins or so (according to Getzski). Then they will not dare to go on yr island anymore.

quartz also have joint lines. granite is different stones from quartz. just like diamond is different stone from ruby. granite still stains as its porous like marble. quartz are non porous. and granite do not have white, there are not natural white granite, but quartz have. and for scratches, granite is softer so easier to scratch, quartz are harder.

normal price to reno a toilet is about $5k including wall and floor tiles, piping, accessories, toilet bowl, mirror etc etc. so for 2 toilets, will be abt 10k. So $4600 for tiles are not that bad.... all depends on your floor area and wall area.

they send scouts.... so once a while, you will see only 1 or 2 crawling ard but cos so few, you might not realise it. but once the scout found there are food, then the whole lot will come. but after i use the chalk, even i put food on the table for a day, there are still no ants coming. hehehe...
