Hi there, dun worry abt the KDK fan height clearance lah...If you go into details, then only the KDK baby fan is approved in hdb flats. I got this in for from the KDK head office. I installed in my false ceiling as well! Juz ask yr contractor to add wood inside false ceiling for security. It will b a little low if put on false ceiling but it's not dangerous if u seen the actual fan. It's juz look like masak fan to me leh... I did not have wobbly fan or installation issues. In fact, it's the skill of the installer. By the way, my sons are already 1.7m at the age if 13 n I find that they will reach 1.8m in a few years so it's quite alright. Ceiling fans r great!

Alot of them had pm/email me to enquire abt my carpenter. Hence, I like to write up a little abt my carpenter. As I am a very detailed person, I preferred everything to b in black & white stated clearly. I do not enjoy arguments nor someone shrieking responsibilities...Yes, I am that fussy n crazy perfectionist cos this is my home! Why I chose this carpenter? 1st, I viewed 3 houses n they have equally good workmanship even though done by different carpenters. I liased with the carpenter's boss directly n he managed a group of carpenters. I understood that they are not salaried based but under per project. I find that in this way, carpenters will take pride in his work since it's he is getting paid this way. Is he expensive? I compared few quotes n find all carpentry pricing similar so my carpenter is considered reasonably priced. Is a good carpenter necessary? Definitely! Carpentry is the soul of the home. Moreover, if carpenter can provide good workmanship n services, why not? Why I prefer to source directly? Some had told me that I should go through my contractor since he has done an acceptable wetworks. However, I still prefer to have someone soley in charge of my home. Though I deal with the carpenter's boss, I like that he organized, planned n drew up all details drawings for his carpenter after a discussion with me. With a boss to control the carpenters, I can feedback n get things done more tactfully . Sometimes, it's so hard to tell the workers what to do or how to do directly. It's gets a blunt person like me to mess up everything if I am going to tell workers, please be more careful, please try to align this straight blah blah blah...Juz relay the message to the boss, I find that he knows what to tell the workers! Anyway this is my carpenter's detail drawing. I realized that the ID sometimes also made mistakes as most still have to consult the carpenters on how n what is possible to build...

Sorry I didn't mean to Make all of you panicked. Well, Richard is a moody old F man who is probably reaching his menopause! I dun think he will dare not to send my fridge! I will call Hitachi personally to arrange delivery. Sometimes, too many supporters caused the boss to b too proud since customers flocked to them! However, I realized that Everjxint isn't only the shop who is able to Offer good price! The sales staff there r quite polite though. Juz this stupid grumpy old man who is core of the problem. However, if this is the way he gonna run his business, I won't give a Damx! MAYB I juz suay? I can only say, buy at your own risk! To me, this shop shd b named EVERJINX!

EVERJXINT HAS THE WORST FXXXKING SERVICE! The boss, Richard, has such an asshxle attitude! Told us to give an estimated date for delivery when we bought. Then after that, said to inform when it's ready to deliver.. Well, I called up today n they claimed I postpone with Hitachi n nvr informed them? No dates was fixed n no one told us abt having to inform Hitachi n Everjxint abt delivery! I thought I only hv to inform the person I bought the goods from? Not only that, ask for payment, very fast! Answer calls n enquiry is super F attitude! Hello, u think u the only 'cheapo' electrical shop? Too cheapskate! Those who wants cheap, by all means! I still kept records of the transcations n how 'cheap' this shop is, I will not patronize again! Scream n shout that cannot find my invoice, cannot manage yr staff or even too ya ya cos too cheap? Forget it!!! Oh, forgot to mention, they provide so 'excellent' service at their shop! Pls note, those shop who asked for full payment, do beware! These shop owners felt that they hv us wrapped around their fingers since we paid! Ya, so bloody stupid of me!

Hi, my hubby DIY n sprayed painted the boxes. It's easy. Juz use sand paper to sand the boxes, clean it and spray. I choose Legrand dark silver. Juz bring the face plate to the paint shop n match the colour from the spray can. It's quite accurate!

Hubby said to return office n check price n revert. Btw, u can't get Hafele items at Poh Seng la...Hafele got showroom n will b open soon! I am telling my hubby that I should apply for a job there as my whole HSE, 90% r all from Hafele de... We got staff price! Sorry, I no commission for recommending but juz tat I couldn't afford branded ones n Hafele is from Germany so well...Better than nothing leh.. Aiya, go buy accessories yourself n pass to carpenter to fix is cheaper! I read bad reviews abt Excel so pls search forum..I will try n showcase all my kitchen accessories once all fixed...
