all depend on distance due to cable cost and labour. For HDB flats, distance can be easily predicted, therefore there is a fix rate. for semiD, to indicate a fix rate it wont be competitive. I came across a rate as for below, but for bunglow Ltg pt- $140 (inclusive ltg installation) power point - $140 (single) power point - $145 (twin) cat 6 -$3 per meter If you have a design intent do ask for quote will be better.
