You must take your bazi and see if it match your house facing or not. Different house good for different people. Then different parts of the house good for the various people living inside. You see living room facing alone not much use unless for general things like which part of hse got afternoon sun etc.

I think old tv like those big bulky type got reflection thats why its like a mirror? But nowadays LCD TV no reflection mah... like that can or not? haha..

It would be hard to block or partition it, not much space. By bazi you mean the "eight characters"? When Fengshui master see the flat, do they also see your eight characters? Yes, actually I don't really like this layout. Although I do not really know before I asked this question here, I somehow already didn't feel good when I look inside the mbr and the first thing I saw was the toilet! Come to think of it, perhaps I can change the main door location, toilet dr looks impossible to change due to the way its been allocated. But hacking doors and changing positions will damage the flooring right? Does that mean I also got to redo flooring? Flooring looks good..pity if damage and must redo.

But when I go to viewing flats, the seller's agent is not keen to give me the floorplan. He said unless I had already placed a deposit then can. I did thought about engaging a master to see before I purchase the flat, but if I'm interested in a places, it might come out to quite a bit of costs. Kindly advise. Thanks a lot.
