dun say like that lah any other places that u like and havent call? wat abt rivercity like what someone suggested it's in excelsior hotel... a restaurant though if u dun mind but the food seems not bad! not sure abt the capacity... orchard hotel all that taken up? coz for 25 tables, orchard hotel is just nice and the food is ok

did u view it for the wedding decor?? prob check out with ur coordinator budden the focus shd b on the bride and not on the wall

i've attended my fren's wedding there too last yr but dun find it bare too complicated oso not good mah

angelwrath, just give a call to those venues u would like to hold ur dinner u never know if they have vacancies anot if u din try calling them up rite? my sis oso in similar case as u in the end, she managed to get a restaurant although not her first choice

yup... great minds think alike but somehow, there'll still be people who will keep focussing on how many florists the hotel liaise with etc etc... prob she can design her own theme i guess afterall ours belong to the normal range hotels

well... if that person is rich enuff and tinks that she wanted a flower garden, she can do so hmm... i shd tink that i will focus more on the themes. who cares which florist does wat theme? as long as i select the theme and the hotel liaise with the florist, do i bother which florist?

u mean decor is not included??? coz for my hotel, they gave us a few themes to choose and the colours of the flowers to choose etc or u're not referring to this???

no pt educating my mum coz will ended up in arguments so watever she said i just "orh orh orh" but behind her do other tings but then even if very rich guy i might not want to totally dep on him either loh. at least share abit.

hubby and i oso tell each other how much we earning if he has increment or if i have, we will tell each other too. but we still give each other the freedom to spend lah. only denote a certain amt of money to be put into our joint acc. coz both our financial burden quite heavy. both of us need to support our parents and mostly a significant percentage of our pay will go to them... currently, i'm earning slightly higher than hubby. but he dun feel stressed leh... most of the tings still paid by him... i do try to help him sometimes... but wont let my mum know. coz she will scold me... she tinks that man should pay for EVERYTHING and the woman shd just keep her money, which i tink is wrong...

to me, give hubby money is a show of concern from me. coz at that time, he was at his super downturn and eating into his savings. it's not as if he asked for the money or wat... as what the marriage vow said, "for better or worse". if i'm not even concern whether he has the money to spend during his super downturn, then i dun tink i'm fit to be his wife. even now when hubby gave me money, i will not take it. why? simply because i can afford things i want myself. unless he gives me a present instead of the cash. i dun want to have the mindset that once married i should live off him. and watever money he gave me, i will just put it into our joint account.

i fell in love with Phantom er... not Mr Phantom in this forum... the Phantom in the theatre ya... the movie one... i got 1 2nd hand dvd from ezy video... then i went malaysia and found a brand new one so bought again anyone wans the 2nd hand dvd? i can sell to him/her for cd, 1 consist of the entire dialogue of the performance in spore. the other one is by the original singer which consist of only the numbers. said to be sang by sarah brightman and cliff richard (i tink the original phantom singer) but the phantom i feel songs like the phantom in spore performance leh

i oso never ask money from hubby even if i pay for the overseas trip first i oso never ask from him not even once but he will auto gimme the money (full sum ) although i asked him to take back got a period of time he's in job changing transition and not much income. i will sneak $50 in his wallet each time we meet (during weekends) hmm... cornetto... for ur qn, different ppl has different sayings... some said clash nvm... as long as u're not the 1st person the bride sees then is ok prob u ask some shi fu or ur mum regarding this?
