  1. i think F&P is jus a branding. the interior like abit simple and not so pratical for most that i saw. samsung exterior is nice. anyway im looking for fridges also, and im going for the panasonic econavi model, exterior looks abit similar like the samsung u posted.
  2. relac lah.. why need to post in 4 diff sub forums.
  3. looking to get 46" either D6600 or D7000, anyone got good lobangs can share? saw at harvey D7000 going at $2699, D6600 is courts exclusive model, saw at tampines courts megastore $2099.
  4. ya think it went out of topic. i got it through a friend. back to topic. so dean, hows yr decision? stick with panasonic?
  5. ok. my starmex is installed. i got it for $2800, system 3. my fcu is placed just above the door for 2 of my rooms, for the MBR is the wall beside the door. its a new flat so the compressor is placed at the ledge, no brackets needed. so far tested for a while and the aircon looks neat, nice and great. have to wait till house fully renovated before i can fully abuse it. LOL. comes with 1/2 inch, and armaflex class 1. think this is quite norm, except some places requires top up if using 1/2 inch.
  6. oh. then i'll update this thread when i collected mine!
  7. when will yr sofa be delivered? mine ard april - may. havent call them to make yet. will be calling soon. i agree they are patient, nv hard sell and will let u try all kinds of combinations, lol. the sales person there was v friendly as well. but important is the delivery. keep the fingers crossed!
  8. oh yah jerome price is very competitive also. can consider him. renotalk user zero.
  9. but they quoted us for the bosch front load washing machine is one of the cheapest leh, compared to the big boys lah and its so much cheaper. any other places to recommend for comparisons?? still looking for washing machine...
  10. yups. panasonic only clips at the side. glad u went to take a look. u mean u dint see the actual sets before placing a deposit? anyway no worries lah, its a good buy. its really cold, if u can velcro the center part then shld be no problem. it might or might not rattle, no one knws. my dad hse installed few mths already still no loose problem, so i guess its not too big a worry. i've made up my mind to go for starmex, installing this sat.. see how it goes. cheers.
  11. their price is quite competitive la to be honest. its just a shop to get what u want at a good price. big retails doesnt really give u the service also. find the young chaps there quite okay, only thing cant see the exact thing in the shop.
  12. wah. looks like have so siam MHI. lol.
  13. my budget can only cater for starmex and panasonic. toshiba abit out of my range, its ex becos the outdoor unit is made in japan. if i can afford, i straight choose daikin. the front cover loose wont spoil la, as in if its loose then when yr aircon blows it might create noise. my parents house is using the econavi and i find it quite good in terms of coolness and functions. its subjective i guess. go with yr feel bah. the most bang for bucks now shld be panasonic, price is really attractive. anyway both models also v popular.
  14. then just stick with econavi since u already decided. im in some kind of position like u, im set on pana but my frens told me to go for starmex. did u went on site to compare both? and did the aircon ppl explain to u the difference of both? im making my decision soon. cos difference like u say its just 200-300. go yr neighbour house, try opening the front cover a few times and u know what im talking about. cheers.
  15. lol. im jus saying in terms of build, starmex is better. im not fighting with anyone. i never say panasonic no good, im looking at panasonic also. its just that all the while my mind already set on pana till i compared both on site in real. dont always hear pple say, go see and feel. i dont earn anything when u buy lol i fight for what, jus sharing my views. for your info, im just swaying towards starmex, i've yet to confirm. if u think its good then buy it, its your own money and u decide.
  16. starmex front cover is very firm cos there are clips to clip on. panasonic front cover only the side have clips making the center abit filmsy. u can go any aircon shop to try it out. we planned on the panasonic as well till we went to compare on site. now swaying towards the mitsubishi starmex.
  17. this is one of the pocket friendly air con. its quite good, cold.. the only thing is find is the front cover, abit flimsy. in the long run it will get loose easily and thus will have noise.
  18. yah esp if u wanna do big business in the toilet, everytime got to move or raise yr hands, imagine how fustrating.
  19. oh. motion censor? alot of shops has. ard less den $100 can get bah. saw in lightings.com.sg. can go there try.
  20. went to both lush and comfort design also. quite a gd range of choices available. yah agree with u, the disadvantage is the parking. zzz
