Hi Smile (I prefer call you this rather than Fragrance) thanks to drop by, I have bought couple of time from 65Daigou and I would say they are quite good in service, at least they check the stuff you bought before having them shipped to SG, but is rather pricey if you are buying many bulky things. Then, I discovered about this Hoyoyo, if you check on google, in fact they serve customers in SG, Malaysia, Hongkong and some other countries, so I guess they should be realiable. I am buying 0.5CBM of stuff thru Hoyoyo, spending RMB630 on sea shipping and expect to arrive in mid of May, I will then be able to tell how good/realiable is this Hoyoyo. My buying experience with Hoyoyo is very much different from 65Daigou, I open my Alipay account, coordinate with seller, track the shipment, ask for discount etc... When the stuff arrived at Hoyoyo warehouse, I suppose they will not inspect the items, they will update the weight of the item in your account. But for me, I think I saved at least 200 bucks on this shipment as compared to if I were to buy from Daigou. Hoyoyo did charge agent fee, but is not like Peeka or Daigou where they charge certain percentage on the purchase price. For Hoyoyo, all payments are to be made in CNY, and they will deduct your account balance in SGD by applying a lousy exchange rate. Right now the rate applicable is 4.755. In an other word, the loss on exchange is deemed to be the agent fee you paid. Hmm.. that's about all to share for time being, you have to try it yourself.

There must be a bad apple in every 10, I still looking forward to tha washer, anyway bought already mah, just try to convience myself. -
For taxable supplies of less than a million, it is not mandatory to apply for GST, but some businesses did voluntary apply for GST because they have more taxable purchases than the taxable supplies, or they simply don't want to absorb GST from the purchases. For the case of a renovation company, this is very unlikely because hacking, tiling and carpenter works are mostly not subject to GST. Many contractors, including my beloved uncle reno, collect under table money. How? I have issued 5 cheques, 3 are to his name 2 to company's name. I guess most probably the cheques issued under personal names are not declared in book. I alway make sure I got the receipts for whatever amounts I paid, even to personal name.

Wow Aya, salute to you for being so loyal to your blog (or rather Aki's blog) during these tired days. You should probably imagine how's your future years gonna be, when hubby go for sleep, wife will have to feed babies. Hahaha, why Aki gone missing?? Separately, we got the same washer from Mega yesterday.. -
Haha, now everythings made in china lo. I bought 2 concrete anchors for the electrician to replace the normal wall plug, so I think it won't fall, at least for the few years. I can't comment on the technical aspects as I am not electrician, but it works.

Problem with my chanderlier, I ask uncle to instal dimmer switch, and realised that I can't put dim the energy saving bulb, and the normal bulf I have is 40W each, means when I on the light, 240W consumption per hour. Not only this, the normal bulb is too yellowish and I personally don't like it, dinning light is yellowish also...

We initially set a budget of not more than $1500 for TV, at last, settled at S$680. Sharp 430M 40" FHD LED from Mega. Hmm, think that TV is getting cheaper and cheaper, luckily we didn't buy too early. Next, bought Samsung washer WA10G9 from Mega at S$380, cheaper than price quoted from AMK shop, Hougang shop and Circuit Rd shop.
-
Can't really remember, I shipped it from China with wooden packing, cost should be below RMB250 plus free bulbs, shipping is the most expensive one that cost me about S$70. If you are buying, recommend you to Hoyoyo.

Thanks for sharing, by the way any link for me? $49.90 is Sing or US? In TB, the price is RMB85, air delivery to doorstep at RMB129 (I think), so total RMB214 at exchange 4.755 = $45, no agent fee involved, think it worth buying from Gmarket.

I got an uncle who quoted me 1.1k for the job using Nippon easywash and all in 1. Only those walls in living room I DIY myself. Need to apply few layers of the primer then let it dry before putting the wallpapers, frankly I think it is not a tough job because I don't care whether the walls are painted nicely or not, I have the job done in 2 hours in total. Suppose I need to apply 2.5 bottles on the walls, but I have finished only 1.5 bottles, meaning need to apply another layer..

End result of the aircond, we choose the practical way of installation instead of the nice way, so it doesn't look nice

Toilet lights, kind of DIY, I came out with the idea to let the light protruding from the tube, so I get a small spotlight tube and big LED bulb, my wife and I just like it, simple and extraordinary, i guess no one else has it, haha Here come the Gain City guys, bribe them by buying chicken rice and coke (we bribe the lighting uncle also, so everything ok ok ok..)
-
the kitchen tap, super like it, worth of buying, granite top will be fix tomorrow the uncle who helps to trim the gate, I have been looking around for peoples that can trim the front gate at cheap price, at last we ask uncle reno and he got his man to do it for $60. On the spot service! Thank you uncle, you saved my day!

And, the final product, looking at the ceiling and the wall, it's like beauty and the beast
