sorry i find spotlight a bit OVERPRICED....infact ikea ones are not bad though.

my total plumbing cost = $380.00 (exluding electrical wiring - $90) 1) detour the water piping round the kitchen(1 big L shape). joints to 1 basin, 2x taps(washingmachine+misc) 2) join pipes from water heater to main piping. 3) join pipes from water heater to 2nd toilet. 4) remove existing mbr basin to fix in common toilet, fix new tap. 5) fix new sq basin in mbr 6) fix all toilet accessories but this is just one part of my whole reno....price might not be accurate although i have scrutinized all other reno works...none was overcharged to cover the plumbing works. all stainless steel. when i am free i will try to take a pic of all the pipes.

buff it smooth is considered PLASTERING which will cost you another $$$$. heard for a 4room plastering is around $1600.00 For painting atmost they do is to cover up small holes...thats all.

1 person's puffing is enough to smoke the aircon-filter, no need many... my house no worry....can puff anywhere wahahha....

my one is Theme de la Cheapo.... anything cheap cheap - buy!

if wiring + all necessary piping to all toilets + installation = $300-$400 then i think quite ok lor.
