if you do notice/remember old estates - most people dont hang their laundry on corridors - cos many pple SHIO KIM CHUA(burn paper money) infront of their unit - with a bin of cos. and this is a religious thingy - so sensitive that even civil defense dare not take any action, let alone town council. all over sg during 7th moon, pple still burns on the grass but have you heard of anyone kena caught for damaging gov property? -

I would suggest you engage a Pro Fsm to go and audit your house. Open concept kitchen is no joking matter, if any of your household member "fears" fire, he/she is in deep trouble and it is very rare that a whole family is lack of fire. Especially when your kitchen is at the centre of the house, making the fire reaches every corner/everybody. Would suggest yellow/brown/earth colours for your house to minimise the effects of a kitchen(FIRE) in the centre. Use BLUE/black with caution, it's like throwing water onto fire - you get an explosion. Your house facing.see arrow Black X = no bed Beige Lines = block/partition/plasterboard forget the things i draw in your kitchen, I didnt notice you have open kitchen. just make sure that your stove doesnt face any windows, but i believe it is facing everywhere???
-
Beige Line - partition or sealed up windows at either location(there is 2) Yellow Line - sealed up or tall cabinet, need solid to seal(curtains cannot) Red dot in study - shifted to living room. this house layout is lot better than the first one.

xie tu = 谢土 aka THANK YOU EARTH how to thank something before anything?
-
the shape is where the WATER collects(reservoir) then sprinkle out .... bigger the space(round shape) - more pressure needed. try to get those flat flat type, guranteed sure can work but if you are using instantheaters - it all depends on your luck liao. all the above were told by pohjoo installers.
-
yours comes in ONE-piece? or just the showerhead then connected to stainlesssteel/copper pipe? go to those shops and take a look at those $25-$45 ones so you can have a rough idea about the connectiing.
-
pohjoo, hoekee, jalan besar...all there. $450+ are those that comes in one piece = looks nicer. $25-$45 ones are for those who doesnt have a need for looks. dont think you will have much problem since you have a storage heater, but on the safe side, choose a shallow "thin" shower head.
-
it's alright..
-
ok lah...some of their stuffs are price really high, some are average(like 3m). the only one store i dont walk into is Selffix - their price is at least 20-40% higher than homefix.
-
huh? just buy a $2 metal scraper and scrap off the old silicon. then go homefix to buy the ANTI MOULD silicon around $6
-
look for the as thin as possible shower heads - thats what they told me. try poh joo at jalan besar.
-
more particular about stove - basin as long as not facing stove and approx 1 feet away from stove is ok liao. bed facing will need bazi calculation (best you engage a pro fsm who can take exact compass reading at your house). Or you can just follow the general consensus - headboard must have solid backing(wall, must not be a toilet/kitchen wall), space below bed must be clean and empty(no storage), no beam above bed, facing door but not directly. Blue X = if yours is a full height window, need to cover at least 1m height with plasterboard/cabinets. Black X = no sofa there. Yellow line = cover full height, should not see window beige line = plasterboard/screen partition at entrance.
