Hi, I am revamping the guest room of a normal 4 room HDB flat due to pest issue. And I have let my previous contractor to quote me for dismantling and laying tiles with repainting for the room. Just wish to check if the prices are reasonable before confirming? 1. Dismantle & remove existing build in item, 1 cabinet, 1 platform. - $600 2. Supply & lay corrugated sheet for flooring protection - $300 3. Rescreed with 3 in 1 prepacked waterproofing screed - $1000 4. Lay Resilentce Tiles with Laminate Floor Board Finish - $1300 5. Interior wall Nippon matt paint for all affected area - $900 All the quotes are only for a normal HDB guest room size. Are they overprice or of acceptable range? TIA.

Hi EL, Been reading through this forums the whole afternoon. And I would say , your service and quality really attacts my attention. I have been shopping for my furnitures for the past few weeks and came across many sofas. At first, I am very contemplating to buy a Half leather recliner sofa @ $899 from cheers. I felt it may not be up to my expectations in terms of leather quality. Later on, we saw the automatic sensor reclining 2 sitter sofa from EL. I would say we really like the comfort and the sensor function it provides. We realise that EL is the only place we saw in the expo that has sensory sofa. However, the price exceeded our budget by quite alot so we got the brochure and hope we could purchase it at a later time. It will be very helpful if you could share with me some of your sofas you reccomand as I do have a tight budget. However, I do not mind to fork out more if your service and quality matches with the price. I'm looking for a 3 sitter recliner leather sofa. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello bro, How much is your this (SUPER BRIGHT LED) Fan you talk about previously? I'm planning to install one at my HDB living room. Prefer black or dark stainless steel. Bro, I need a very classy Ceiling Fan , my living room is modern classic with a slightly dark ambience. I need a fan which is dark color stainless steel finish, and should look elegant and classy. I happened to saw CT-aircon.com.sg in the internet and saw that there are having promotions with very attractive prices for mitsubishi, panasonic etc inverter aircon. Anybody has any experience with them? with regards to installation process and aftersale service? Any reccomandations?
