i have used<link removed> for this - very good and professional...one of the few companies that bring their own equipment and detergent etc so you don't have to prep anything - i checked a few companies, they all need you to provide those equipment etc... team of about 4 ppl who came down, also include wiping all the insides of your built in cabinets... however, when they steam clean your bathroom, if your grouting is loose or not done properly, they will come off so watch it... not cheap ah, about $400+ so make sure all your stuff all done (including rectification), otherwise waste their effort ...best to do b4 your furniture arrives...

you can use this to search "led面板灯" and then follow that with the wattage you need e.g. "led面板灯 10w"... saw quite a few square ones...is it that much cheaper compared to JB ? if not much cheaper, i wouldn't risk the breakage and spoilage - thot i read somewhere the spoilage is somewhat high ...

you should use these search terms "高箱储物床 皮"...even tho it will return shops that use real leather, typically they will also have the option to do in PVC or what they call PU皮...no so sure if they're terribly cheap compared to here though... anyway, i used to own a dunlopillo storage bed in full pvc leather - i would say from a cleaning maintenance point of view, the wooden one would have been easier to clean and maintain but personal preference lah...

for those of you interested to get this, which i got via kim's amazon group buy couple of months back: Wusthof In-Drawer 7-Slot Knife Storage Tray note that amazon's measurements of "15.9 x 3.6 x 1.7 inches" is incorrect - if you read the reviews, someone put it correctly as "17 x 4-1/4 x 3"...i didn't notice this and my drawer missed it by just 1 inch...so i got dad (the handyman) to saw off and sandpaper the extra off... anyway, this is how it looks in my drawer: i prefer this cos it won't collect dust like the normal blocks for the countertops incidentally, you can buy this from razorsharp in singapore, at about SGD59...
