Ok, this is how I would select sellers - especially items which have no reviews. Again, not scientific so dun kill me if ur item turns out not ok ah. 1st seller from devian - even tho item has no review, if i really like the item and cannot find anything else on TB, i would take a risk cos the rating is high... 2nd seller from vanessa - i would not buy from this seller cos what's worrying is the first number which indicates whether the product is as described....typically this is 4.8 and above, and this seller has very few transactions....

again, no reviews of this item, personally i would not buy but it's your call ...

u will need someone to ship you the stuff - so 65daigou can do that for you, and can repack etc for you. makes sense to use them if you have many items and they're not bulky...otherwise use a freight forwarder...

my joven 25l bought from royal fanco at about $250, installation by my plumber during my renovation so dunno how much installation will cost ... i have to say i'm pleasantly surprised by how fast it heats up and how long it retains the heat - heated at night for my bath and in the morning, the water is still very hot ... i think i tried about 24 hrs after the last cycle and the water was still pretty hot ...

i'm also thinking of me cleaning it so i'm choosing the carpet fibre that will be easy on maintenance... i'm planning to hire a PT helper every 2-3 weeks to do thorough cleaning, including the carpet bit but every week, i will still do a once-over of the house i.e. toilet, vacuum, mop floor, ironing (maybe ) cos i cannot stand having dust around the house ... eh ong, what is the market rate for a PT helper to come every 2 weeks ah ? charge by hour ?
