just got back from the mayer sale. this time i got the Russell Hobbs twin set - flask and toaster. lol.

Not sure. I think its 10am to 6pm. The novita im looking at is less than 50% off la. Of coz u cant expect kitchenaid to be 50% off la. Lol. They were selling at 639$ and 599 $ for some colours.

Brands novita, ariston, delizia, BUGATTI!, meyer, Russell hobbs, Kitchen aid items fridge, fans, oven, hob, hood, blender, water purifier, steamer, pots and pans... not many things. not very crowded. think most pple bought the kitchen aid.

just saw ur frosted window. cant see a thing thru it at all. We've gone for tinted windows le. Contractor say frosted more ex. =( but we asked for dark tint la. see how dark is dark lo.

yup.. agree with spikedoll. Kitchen colors very pleasant.

We hacked the floor coz the theme could clash. White and black.. then with green broken marble. NONONO! lol. so hack lo. usually contractor dun like to hack marble.. coz very hard. alot of effort required. so far hacking is done for my place. starting with plastering and tiling onle =) long way to go.

Here's an update 2 days later. Toilet tiling in progress. Toilet Floor. one of the "shi t holes" have been sealed up. i only need 1 since combining 2 toilets into 1.

Tap looks good and solid. Wat's the material? chrome or brass?

i would think classic doors are room doors.. yes. provided by HDB coz they are cheapest. usually hollow in the middle and made of thin material. when u close ur door, still can hear the TV noice outside.. means classic door lo.

room doors shouldnt be a problem. coz can choose classic doors mah.. rooms use hollow door. (cheaper and lighter) but issue is the main door now.

nope. just said his "doorman" doesnt recommend. but choice still up to us. i'm just wondering if anyone painted over veneer door?

nope. not a requirement. think sth like u only need fire rated if ur door is 5 m away from staircase.

hi guys.. we wanted to paint our main door white hence chose classic door. but contractor say not advisable. Better to use veneer. but hor.. veneer cannot paint over. What do you think?
